中国特色社会主义核心价值观的培育与践行研究

【摘要】：面对思想意识形态存在的信仰危机,党的十八大提出了社会主义核心价值观,高度概括了社会主义价值体系,为引导大众思想意识形态转变、坚定大众社会主义信仰信念奠定坚定的理论基础。研究中国特色社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行,是社会发展对意识形态理论提出的新要求,关乎中国特色社会主义事业能否健康发展,关乎全面建成小康社会能否成功,对社会稳定、青年成长和民族复兴都具有重要理论意义和实践价值。本文的主要研究内容如下:第一,社会主义核心价值的理论研究,主要包括社会主义核心价值观的内涵、形成与发展、基本原则等。第二,社会主义核心价值观培育现状,主要包括社会主义价值观培育的现状调查,核心价值观的培育障碍和培育困境分析。第三,社会主义核心价值观的创新培育路径,针对作为学习和践行社会主义核心价值观生力军的青少年这一主体,依托学校这一培育主阵地就教材改革、理论热点及志愿服务等因素研究核心价值观的理论创新,从青年马克思主义者培养对象选培、长效机制建设、路径创新等方面,研究核心价值观的培育队伍建设,从网络环境、微信平台及电视文化娱乐节目等方面,研究核心价值观培育的新媒体资源。第四,社会主义核心价值观培育与践行的辩证关系,主要包括培育影响认知,践行检验认知,培育是践行的基础,践行是培育的目的。第五,社会主义核心价值观对“四个全面”的推动,主要从社会主义核心价值观与社会发展的相互作用展开研究,分析二者之间的相互影响;社会主义核心价值观的创新践行对策,主要从政府职能、职业道德规范及社会公德等三个方面展开研究。通过本文研究,提出了创新践行社会主义核心价值观的对策。通过全面深化改革实现国家价值目标;全面深化经济体制改革,努力实现共同富裕;着力推进政治体制改革,完善基层民主制度;坚持可持续发展战略,弘扬民族精神与传统文化;坚持全面发展战略,构建和谐生态环境。通过管理机制创新实现社会价值取向,完善民生保障体系,促进公民自由发展,畅通参政议政通道,保障公民平等发展,加强信息公开建设,维护公民公平正义,实施依法治国战略,保障公民根本利益。通过弘扬社会道德实现公民价值准则,加强爱国宣传教育,增强公民国家归属感,扩大工匠精神培育,营造爱岗敬业氛围,健全诚信保障机制,构建信用约束体系,缩小贫富差距,构建新型人际关系。
[Abstract]:In the face of the belief crisis existing in ideology, the 18th National Congress of the Party put forward the socialist core values, highly summarized the socialist value system, in order to guide the mass ideological and ideological transformation, The firm masses socialism belief establishes the firm theory foundation. To study the cultivation and practice of the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a new requirement put forward by the social development to the ideological theory, which relates to whether the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics can develop healthily and whether it can succeed in building a well-off society in an all-round way. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to social stability, youth growth and national rejuvenation. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, the theoretical study of socialist core value mainly includes the connotation, formation and development of socialist core value, basic principles and so on. Secondly, the present situation of the cultivation of socialist core values mainly includes the investigation of the present situation of the cultivation of socialist values, the analysis of the cultivation obstacles and difficulties of the cultivation of the core values. Thirdly, the innovation and cultivation path of socialist core values, aiming at the main body of teenagers who study and practice socialist core values, relying on the school as the main training position on the reform of teaching materials. This paper studies the theoretical innovation of the core values of the theoretical hot spots and voluntary service, studies the cultivation team construction of the core values from the aspects of the training objects of young Marxists, the long-term mechanism construction, the path innovation, and so on, and the network environment, and so on. WeChat platform and TV cultural entertainment programs, to study the core values of the cultivation of new media resources. Fourth, the dialectical relationship between the cultivation and practice of socialist core values mainly includes the cultivation of influence cognition, practice test cognition, cultivation is the basis of practice, practice is the purpose of cultivation. Fifth, the promotion of socialist core values to "four all-round", mainly from the socialist core values and social development of the interaction between the analysis of the interaction between the two; The innovation and practice countermeasures of socialist core values are mainly studied from three aspects: government function, professional ethics and social morality. Through the research of this paper, the author puts forward the countermeasures of innovating and practicing the socialist core values. To achieve the goal of national value through comprehensive deepening of reform; to comprehensively deepen the reform of the economic system and strive to achieve common prosperity; to make great efforts to promote the reform of the political system and to perfect the grass-roots democratic system; and to adhere to the strategy of sustainable development. Carry forward the national spirit and traditional culture, adhere to the overall development strategy, and build a harmonious ecological environment. To realize the social value orientation through the innovation of management mechanism, to perfect the system of ensuring the livelihood of the people, to promote the free development of citizens, to unblock the channels of participation in politics, to guarantee the equal development of citizens, to strengthen the construction of public information, and to safeguard the fairness and justice of citizens. The implementation of the strategy of governing the country according to law to protect the fundamental interests of citizens. Through carrying forward the social morality to realize the civil value criterion, strengthening patriotic propaganda and education, strengthening citizen's national sense of belonging, expanding the cultivation of craftsman's spirit, creating the atmosphere of love and devotion to work, perfecting the guarantee mechanism of honesty and credit, constructing the credit restraint system, Narrow the gap between the rich and the poor, and build a new type of interpersonal relationship.
