《加快转变山东省外贸增长方式研究》书评

【摘要】：正转变外贸增长方式和外贸发展方式是中国对外贸易领域面临的重大任务。改革开放以来,我国对外贸易发展迅速,中国已经成长为世界第一出口大国。但我国外贸增长粗放特征明显,存在偏重数量扩张、质量和效益偏低的问题,而且受国内资源环境压力和国际贸易保护主义的约束,原有外贸增长方式不可持续。2004年以来,每年中央经济工作会议都将加快转变外贸增长方式列为工作重点,凸显了转变外贸增长方式的紧迫性和重要性。
[Abstract]:Changing the mode of growth and development of foreign trade is a major task facing China's foreign trade field. Since the reform and opening up, China's foreign trade has developed rapidly, and China has become the world's largest export country. However, the extensive growth of China's foreign trade is characterized by its emphasis on the expansion of quantity, the low quality and efficiency, and by the pressure of domestic resources, environment and international trade protectionism, the original mode of foreign trade growth is not sustainable. Every year, the central economic work conference makes speeding up the transformation of foreign trade growth mode as the focus of its work, which highlights the urgency and importance of changing foreign trade growth mode.
