加拿大新布伦瑞克省汉语推广现状调查报告

【摘要】：加拿大作为一个移民国家，汉语的发展和分布与当地的华人一样遍布加拿大的各个角落。加拿大东部新布伦瑞克省作为一个小省份，其汉语发展随着各个城市华人文化协会的成立而正式开始，而孔子学院的建立又促成了该省将汉语教学纳入正式的国民教育体系，但对该省汉语推广工作的调查研究目前仍为零。本文作者利用在新布伦瑞克省做汉语教师的工作机会，运用听课法，观察法，访谈法，问卷调查法，文献法对该省的汉语教学发展进行调研。该省的首府弗雷德里克顿市，最大的城市蒙克顿市，最古老的城市圣约翰市三市人口占到了该省总人口的百分之五十，汉语教学机构多集中于这三个城市，因此汉语现状的调查也主要集中于这三个城市。在论文的写作过程中，共在该省三个城市不同层次的汉语学习者中发放有效问卷232份，走访了各个汉语教学机构，通过访谈法和听课法了解了各汉语教学机构的运作模式和课堂效果，获得了一手的资料和数据，并由此对该省汉语教学现状进行分析和思考，探讨新布伦瑞克省汉语推广工作持续发展的出路和对策，希望能对该省汉语推广工作的发展有所帮助。文章主要从四个方面展开：第一部分：主要介绍本文写作的缘起及研究意义。第二部分：主要介绍新布伦瑞克省弗雷德里克顿市，蒙克顿市和圣约翰市三市华人协会的情况，肯定他们在初期汉语推广工作中的贡献，，同时指出华人协会下中文学校存在的课程和师资等问题。第三部分：主要介绍新布伦瑞克省孔子学院的相关情况，主要介绍孔子学院在该省所开展的语言教学和文化宣传活动，客观分析孔子学院发展的现状。第四部分：综合分析该省汉语教学的成绩和问题，并对问题提出相应的解决策略——要想促进该省汉语教学的可持续发展应从以下五方面入手：继续加强各组织间的合作，积极开展多元化文化宣传活动，增强活动的针对性；提高课堂教学质量；语言教学与HSK相结合；选择更有针对性的汉语教材和辅助读本；提高汉语教师水平。
[Abstract]:Canada as an immigrant country, the development and distribution of Chinese as local Chinese everywhere in Canada. Eastern Canada, New Brunswick as a small province, The development of Chinese language began with the establishment of Chinese cultural associations in various cities, and the establishment of Confucius Institutes led to the integration of Chinese language teaching into the formal national education system in the province. However, the investigation and research on the promotion of Chinese language in this province is still zero. The author of this paper makes use of the opportunity of working as a Chinese teacher in New Brunswick, and applies the methods of listening to classes, observing, interviewing, questionnaire, etc. Literature Law investigates the development of Chinese teaching in the province. The capital city of the province, Frederickton, the largest city, Monkton, and the oldest city, St. John, account for 50% of the province's population. Chinese teaching institutions mainly focus on these three cities, so the survey of the present situation of Chinese language is mainly concentrated in these three cities. In the process of writing the thesis, 232 valid questionnaires were distributed among Chinese learners at different levels in three cities of the province. We have visited various Chinese teaching institutions, learned the operation mode and classroom effect of the Chinese teaching institutions through interviews and lectures, obtained first-hand materials and data, and analyzed and pondered the current situation of Chinese teaching in this province. This paper probes into the way out and countermeasures for the sustainable development of Chinese promotion in New Brunswick, hoping that it will be helpful to the development of the promotion of Chinese in New Brunswick. The article mainly starts from four aspects:. The first part mainly introduces the origin and significance of this paper. The second part: mainly introduces the situation of the Chinese associations in the three cities of Frederickton, Monckton and St. John in New Brunswick, and affirms their contributions in the early promotion of Chinese. At the same time, it points out the problems of curriculum and teachers in Chinese schools under the Chinese Association. The third part mainly introduces the related situation of Confucius Institute in New Brunswick, mainly introduces the language teaching and cultural propaganda activities carried out by Confucius Institute in this province, and analyzes objectively the present situation of the development of Confucius Institute. Part 4th: comprehensive analysis of the achievements and problems in the teaching of Chinese in the province, and the corresponding solutions to the problems. In order to promote the sustainable development of the teaching of Chinese in the province, we should start with the following five aspects: continue to strengthen the cooperation among the various organizations, Actively carry out diversified cultural propaganda activities to enhance the pertinence of the activities; improve the quality of classroom teaching; language teaching and HSK combination; choose more targeted Chinese textbooks and auxiliary reading books; improve the level of Chinese teachers.
