以就业为导向的高校汉语言文学专业人才培养模式研究

【摘要】：随着高等教育的不断推进,社会对人才需求越来越大,就业难成为普遍存在的问题。根据调查汉语言文学的就业现状,发现其形势日渐严峻,其中包含多方面原因,当前我国人才培养模式也存在着较多漏洞。因此,为了有效提升毕业生的就业率,对高校汉语言文学专业人才培养模式进行研究,强调用更完善的培养机制促进汉语言文学专业学生的发展,适应社会的需求。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher education, the demand for talents is increasing, and the difficulty of obtaining employment has become a common problem. According to the investigation of the present employment situation of Chinese language and literature, it is found that the situation is becoming more and more serious, which includes many reasons. Therefore, in order to effectively promote the employment rate of graduates, the talent training model of Chinese language and literature major in colleges and universities is studied. Emphasis is placed on promoting the development of students majoring in Chinese language and literature with a more perfect training mechanism to meet the needs of the society.
