【摘要】：《商君书》是法家的最重要的代表作，记载法家革新变法、重农重战、重刑少赏等思想及学术主张，包含了相当数量的法律词语。以此为研究对象，，选取专书中的专类词作为研究对象，可以为研究我国古代的法律制度，研究法律语言词汇史等提供可资参考的材料。 本文归纳了学界对《商君书》和法律词语等的研究现状，对《商君书》法律词语进行了提取。正文部分：第一章是对单音节法律词语的详细分析，按意义类别和词性来划分，具体介绍了单音节法律词语的特点，例析了单音节法律词语同义词。第二章对双音节法律词语进行分析，对法律、刑罚两个意义类型的词语进行了总结，显示其法、礼、政等相互融摄的意义特点；从结构上对双音节法律词语进行了分析，对述宾和偏正结构的词语加以说明。第三章分析了多音节法律词语，从词语数量上看只占极少数。《商君书》的法律词语具有不成熟性、渐趋准确性的特点，它们与社会的文化发展、文化征候相关联，对秦律、秦代社会制度的特征等有所体现。
[Abstract]:"The book of Lord Shang" is the most important representative of the legalist school, Legalist school records innovation reform, focusing on agriculture and war, and other misdemeanors less reward thinking and academic ideas, including a considerable number of legal terms. As a research object, selected books in a specific kind of words as the research object, for the study of ancient China Study on the legal system, legal language vocabulary history provides useful reference materials.
This paper summarizes the research status of "Shang Jun shu > and legal words such as circles, the" Shang Jun book > legal words were extracted. The text part: the first chapter is a detailed analysis of the monosyllabic words of law, according to the division of categories of meaning and part of speech, introduced the characteristics of monosyllabic words of law. An analysis of the monosyllabic synonym words of law. The second chapter on the double syllable words of law analysis on legal punishment, two types of meaning words are summarized, the method of ritual, meaning characteristics of political mutual assimilation; analyzes the double syllable words from the legal structure of the predicate object, and partial structural words are illustrated. The third chapter analyzes the polysyllabic words of law, only a few words to see the law. The book of Lord Shang has not mature > from the number of words, the accuracy of their characteristics gradually, with the development of the social culture, cultural characteristics. The law of Qin Dynasty, Qin Dynasty, characteristics of social system reflected.
