论交替口译过程中的听力理解障碍及应对策略

【摘要】:随着全球一体化的程度日益加深,口译作为不同语言文化之间交流的桥梁,日益发展繁荣。其间,学者们对口译进行了各种理论和实证研究,但是针对口译中的听力问题进行的研究却比较缺乏。 口译中的听力和一般场合的听力有明显的不同。口译员不仅要完全听懂说话者所说的全部内容,还要理解话语的逻辑关系,最关键的还是要用目的语精确地表达出说话者所说的全部内容。这不仅涉及到源语的解码问题,还涉及到目的语的再编码问题。如果在听的阶段出现问题,整个口译的质量将受到很大的影响,,甚至可能无法进行口译;然而恰恰是听力理解环节是最容易出现问题的环节。如何减少口译中出现的听力问题,提高口译中听力的效率进而提高整个口译的质量正是这篇论文的写作目的。 全文共包括五个章节。第一章,作者首先简单回顾了前人从不同角度对听力理解作出的各种研究,包括“图式理论”“心理语言学理论”和“关联理论”。并提出了本次研究的理论基础,即“自动化理论”。 第二章,作者指出口译中的听力与一般对话或是听力课堂中所涉及的听力有着很大的不同。口译中的听力要求更高。随后,作者展开了关于听力理解障碍原因的讨论,首先从语言内知识即:包括语音,词汇,句法,语义和篇章,分析了听力理解的障碍所在。 第三章,主要从语言外知识角度分析了听力理解的障碍所在。主要包括:主题知识,场景知识和文化背景知识。 第四章,在明确了可能引起理解障碍的原因后,作者提出了一些解决策略。包括:口译前的知识积累和准备,口译过程中的应对策略。 第五章,总结了本次研究的主要内容,指出了此次研究的局限和不足以及期待日后改进的地方。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of global integration, interpretation, as a bridge of communication between different languages and cultures, is developing and flourishing.During this period, scholars have carried out various theoretical and empirical studies on interpreting, but the research on listening problems in interpreting is relatively lacking.Listening in interpreting is obviously different from listening in general situations.The interpreter should not only fully understand what the speaker is saying, but also understand the logical relationship of the utterance. The most important thing is to accurately express all that the speaker says in the target language.This involves not only the decoding of the source language, but also the re-coding of the target language.If there is a problem in the listening stage, the quality of the whole interpretation will be greatly affected, and it may not even be possible to interpret. However, it is precisely the listening comprehension that is the most prone to the problem.How to reduce the listening problems and improve the listening efficiency and the quality of the whole interpreting is the purpose of this thesis.The full text includes five chapters.In the first chapter, the author briefly reviews the previous studies on listening comprehension from different perspectives, including schema theory, psycholinguistics theory and relevance theory.And put forward the theoretical basis of this study, that is, automation theory.In Chapter 2, the author points out that listening in interpreting is quite different from listening in general dialogue or listening class.Listening is more demanding in interpretation.Then, the author discusses the causes of listening comprehension barrier. Firstly, the author analyzes the obstacles in listening comprehension from the perspective of language knowledge, including pronunciation, vocabulary, syntax, semantics and text.Chapter three mainly analyzes the obstacle of listening comprehension from the perspective of external knowledge.Mainly include: topic knowledge, scene knowledge and cultural background knowledge.In chapter 4, the author puts forward some strategies to solve the problem.It includes: knowledge accumulation and preparation before interpretation, coping strategies in interpreting process.The fifth chapter summarizes the main contents of this study, points out the limitations and shortcomings of this study, and expects to improve in the future.
