泰国汉语教育政策及其实施研究

【摘要】:泰国汉语教育历史悠久,但在发展的过程中经历了很多坎坷。当前泰国汉语教育现状虽然快速发展但还存在着一些问题,阻碍汉语教育发展的因素主要体现在师资、教材、教学管理、学生及汉语教育环境宏观建设等方面,并且泰国各阶段教育都开设了汉语课程,却还没有制定测量学生汉语水平的系统,这也影响到了泰国汉语教育全局的发展。 外语是国际交流的重要工具,1975年中泰重新建交之后,泰国政府逐渐放宽控制华文学校的政策,1992年泰国教育部下发了外语教学及汉语教学的新政策,为了促进泰国汉语教育的发展,2005年泰国教育部推出一个重要政策《泰国促进汉语教学以提高国家竞争力战略规划(2006-2010年)》,该战略规划的目标是为了泰国各级各类学校每个阶段的学生都能接受良好的汉语教育,使其汉语水平达到优秀水平。该规划出台之后受到泰国汉语教育机构以及公民的普遍欢迎,各部门都鼓励工作人员积极学习汉语。 本论文主体分为七个部分,第一部分绪论论述研究背景以及研究方法框架等内容。第二部分阐述了东南亚国家的华文教育政策及其对比东南亚国家的华文教育政策。第三部分阐述了泰国汉语教育的演进与历程及其阐述泰国语言教育政策。第四部分主要论述泰国从古至今对汉语教育的相关政策。第五部分主要对泰国教育部《泰国促进汉语教学以提高国家竞争力战略规划(2006-2010年)》的政策分析。第六部分笔者结合调查问卷以及案例得出的结果,以反应泰国汉语教育政策实施的状况。第七部分,对泰国汉语教育的发展方向、发展价值、发展中存在的问题思考及提出建议。 研究泰国汉语教育政策状况,分析泰国汉语教育政策实施,归纳总结以及对比泰国与其他东南亚国家的汉语政策,有助于为泰国与中国汉语教育相关部门在将来发展汉语教育制定供参考,以制定更适合泰国汉语教育的政策与措施,另一方面也借鉴东南亚国家汉语教育的经验,促进泰国汉语教育发展。
[Abstract]:Thai Chinese language education has a long history, but has experienced a lot of bumpy in the process of development. Although the current situation of Chinese language education in Thailand is developing rapidly, there are still some problems. The factors hindering the development of Chinese language education are mainly reflected in the aspects of teachers, teaching materials, teaching management, students and macro construction of Chinese education environment, etc. Chinese courses are offered in all stages of education in Thailand, but there is no system to measure students' Chinese proficiency, which affects the overall development of Thai Chinese education. Foreign languages are an important tool for international exchanges. After the re-establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand in 1975, the Thai government gradually relaxed its policy of controlling Chinese language schools. In 1992, the Ministry of Education of Thailand issued a new policy on foreign language teaching and Chinese teaching. In order to promote the development of Chinese language education in Thailand, the Ministry of Education of Thailand launched an important policy in 2005 < Strategic Plan for promoting Chinese Teaching to enhance National Competitiveness in Thailand 2006-2010 ". The strategic plan is aimed at all levels and types of learning in Thailand." Students at every stage of the school can receive a good education in Chinese, Make its Chinese level reach excellent level. The program has been widely welcomed by Thai Chinese language education institutions and citizens, and staff are encouraged to actively learn Chinese. The main body of this paper is divided into seven parts. The first part discusses the background of the research and the framework of the research methods. The second part expounds the Chinese education policy of Southeast Asian countries and its contrast with that of Southeast Asian countries. The third part expounds the evolution and course of Thai Chinese education and the policy of Thai language education. The fourth part mainly discusses the relevant policies of Thai Chinese education from ancient times to present. The fifth part mainly analyzes the policy of the Ministry of Education of Thailand "promoting Chinese language Teaching in Thailand to improve National Competitiveness" from 2006 to 2010. In the sixth part, the author combines the questionnaire and the results of the case to reflect the implementation of Chinese language education policy in Thailand. The seventh part, the development direction, development value, problems in the development of Chinese education in Thailand and put forward some suggestions. This paper studies the situation of Chinese language education policy in Thailand, analyzes the implementation of Chinese language education policy in Thailand, summarizes and compares the Chinese language policy between Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries. It will be helpful for the development of Chinese language education in Thailand and China for reference in the future, so as to formulate more suitable policies and measures for Chinese language education in Thailand. On the other hand, it will also draw lessons from the experience of Chinese language education in Southeast Asian countries. To promote the development of Chinese language education in Thailand.
