基于功能翻译理论的新闻翻译主体间性

【摘要】：新闻是人们获取信息的主要来源,但新闻用多种语言写成。因而,要更好地了解世界,新闻翻译具有重大意义,值得深入研究。翻译过程通常有多个主体的参与,每个主体都有自己的主体性。这些主体会显性或隐性地对其他主体提出自己的需求和限制,对其他主体的思想和行为施以干预。因此,为了完成翻译任务,他们需要相互交流和协商以达成统一,这种交流和协商可以看做主体间的互动,或曰主体间性。不能否认新闻翻译要客观、真实地传递原文的信息,但同时我们也不能忽视主体间性在新闻翻译过程中的重要性。功能翻译理论认为翻译是通过复杂关系网彼此相互联系的多方人士集体参与的人际交往互动,这与强调翻译主体在翻译活动过程中互动的翻译主体间性思想有着异曲同工之妙。因此,本文拟结合新闻翻译实例在功能翻译理论的指导下探讨新闻翻译中的主体间性。除引言和结论,本文分为三章：第一章首先基于作者对新闻翻译的理解(任何根据某一语言的相同话题的新闻材料生成另一语言的新闻的方式均可视为新闻翻译)并结合例子探讨了新闻翻译的特点,接着从外宣翻译“三贴近”原则获得启示,提出了新闻翻译的“三贴近”原则(贴近原文的信息、贴近发起人和赞助人的要求、贴近目标读者的期望),因此,作者认为归化翻译策略更适合新闻翻译,且进一步通过例子分析了归化策略在新闻翻译中的应用。最后,作者概述了中国的新闻翻译研究,将其归于三类：语言层面的研究、新闻翻译理论研究、新闻翻译批评。第二章首先介绍了功能翻译理论的主要代表人物及其贡献、功能翻译理论的精华。接着,从主体间性的基本概念的哲学意义出发,作者得出了翻译的主体和翻译的主体间性的含义,并认为关于谁是翻译的主体这个问题不能简而答之,具体答案取决于各种的翻译情况；而翻译的主体间性则意味着各翻译主体之间的互动。最后本章探讨了功能翻译理论与翻译主体间性的两大相似点：对“参与角色”的考虑、对“角色互动”的强调。关于第一个相似点,作者指出功能翻译理论使用的“参与者”(agent)一词与翻译主体间性中“主体”(subject)这一概念,虽然两者措辞不同,但都是指参与翻译的角色。关于第二个相似点,作者从功能学派的“目的论”、“忠诚原则”以及“翻译要求”三个方面阐述了翻译过程中的“角色互动”。第三章结合大量实例在功能翻译理论的指导下分析了新闻翻译的主体间性。首先,作者考察了新闻翻译的主体。基于翻译主体的定义、新闻翻译的过程以及功能翻译理论“交际互动”的思想,作者认为新闻翻译的主体应该包括新闻译者、发起人、赞助人、把关人、译文使用者和译文读者,而不应包括原文作者。继而作者通过图示直观地显示了这些主体间的互动关系,并在功能翻译理论的指导下详细解读了发起人、赞助人、把关人、译文使用者、译文读者以及新闻译者这些主体间的互动。最后通过探讨发起人对新闻翻译题材的选择、新闻译者对词语的慎重选择、新闻译者多种翻译方法的运用,如省译、增译、改译、摘译和编译等,作者揭示了主体间性在新闻翻译中的具体体现。最终,本文得出结论：新闻翻译必须更加重视主体间性；功能翻译理论可以用来指导新闻翻译的主体间性。
[Abstract]:News is the main source of people ' s access to information , but news is written in a variety of languages . Therefore , to better understand the world , news translation is of great significance and deserves further study .

The theory of functional translation believes that translation is the interactive interaction of multi - party collective participation , which is related to each other through a complex network , which is the same as the translation subject that emphasizes the interaction of the translation subject in the process of translating activities .

Therefore , this paper intends to explore the inter - subjectivity of news translation under the guidance of functional translation theory in combination with examples of news translation . In addition to preface and conclusion , this paper is divided into three chapters :

In the first chapter , based on the author ' s understanding of news translation ( any news material that generates another language based on news materials of the same topic in a certain language ) , this paper discusses the characteristics of news translation . Then , the author points out that the domestication translation strategy is more suitable for news translation , and then analyses the application of domestication strategy in news translation . Finally , the author summarizes the research of news translation in China , and puts forward three categories : language level , news translation theory and news translation criticism .

The second chapter introduces the main representative characters of functional translation theories and their contribution , the essence of functional translation theories . Then , starting from the philosophical meaning of the basic concept of subjectivity , the author obtains the meaning of the subjectivity of the subject and translation of the translation , and considers that the subject of translation is not simple and answers , and the specific answer depends on the translation situations .
On the first similarity point , the author points out that the function translation theory uses the concept of " subject " . In the second similarity point , the author points out the " role interaction " in the translation process from the " teleology " , " loyalty principle " and " translation requirement " of the functional school .

Chapter three analyzes the subjectivity of news translation under the guidance of the theory of functional translation . First , the author explores the subject of news translation . Based on the definition of the subject of translation , the process of news translation and the communicative interaction of functional translation theory , the author argues that the subject of news translation should include news translators , sponsors , gatekeepers , translation users , translation users and translation readers .

Finally , this paper concludes that news translation must pay more attention to inter - subjectivity ;
The theory of functional translation can be used to guide the intersubjectivity of news translation .
