风险社会的人学思考

【摘要】：现代化和全球化的相互形塑使当今社会进入了风险社会。现代化的强势推进过程就是一个人类利用先进的科学技术并借助于工业化和市场化对自然的征服和改造过程,它创造了巨大的物质财富,推动了人类社会的长足进步,但也制造了后果严重的风险,使人类的生存和发展面临严峻的挑战。全球化改变了人类的生存格局,使人类历史由地域性历史向世界历史转变,全球化得益于现代化,现代化又是在全球化的背景下展开的。全球化在扩大人类交往范围的同时,也使风险全球化,我们正处于全球风险社会之中。风险社会的风险不同于工业社会和前工业社会的风险,它与人的实践活动直接相关,属于人造风险。风险社会创设了既充满挑战又潜存着机遇这样一个人的生存和发展景观,因此,从人学的角度对风险社会进行思考不仅可以从理论上丰富和发展马克思主义人学理论,也可以在实践上促进人的自由、和谐和全面发展,是一个有着重大价值的时代课题。文章从风险的概念产生和发展的演变中引出风险社会这一概念,表明风险社会是一种新的社会发展形态,是一个由未来决定现在的时代。风险的实质是人的风险,风险社会是现代化的高级阶段或现代化的产物。风险社会改变了人的存在方式,将人类带入一个个体化时代。风险一方面对人的生存和发展构成威胁,它侵蚀着人的本体安全,造成了认同危机和信任危机;另一方面风险又给人提供了新的机遇,为人的全面发展创造了条件。面对风险社会,我们不能消极逃避,必须通过发展来消解风险。为此,构建责任主体,强化政府、非政府组织、企业、专家学者和大众传媒的责任,达成一种具有组织性质的现代性体制就成为风险治理的一种必然选择。
[Abstract]:The mutual shaping of modernization and globalization has brought the society into a risk society. The strong advancement of modernization is the conquest and transformation of nature by human beings with the help of advanced science and technology and by means of industrialization and marketization. The process. It has created enormous material wealth and promoted the rapid progress of human society, but it has also created the serious risk of consequences, which makes the survival and development of mankind face severe challenges. Globalization has changed the pattern of human existence. Globalization benefits from modernization, and modernization is carried out under the background of globalization. Globalization not only expands the scope of human communication, but also makes the risk globalization. We are in the global risk society. The risk of the risk society is different from the risk of the industrial society and the pre-industrial society, it is directly related to the practice of human activities. Risk society is full of challenges and hidden opportunities such as the survival and development of a human landscape, therefore. Thinking about the risk society from the angle of human studies can not only enrich and develop Marxist theory of human studies theoretically, but also promote the freedom, harmony and all-round development of human beings in practice. This paper introduces the concept of risk society from the emergence and development of the concept of risk, which indicates that the risk society is a new form of social development. Risk society is the advanced stage of modernization or the outcome of modernization. Risk society has changed the way people exist. Risk, on the one hand, threatens the survival and development of human beings, erodes the security of human beings, and results in a crisis of identity and trust. On the other hand, risks provide new opportunities and create conditions for the all-round development of people. In the face of risk society, we can not escape passively, we must eliminate risks through development. To strengthen the responsibility of government, non-governmental organizations, enterprises, experts and mass media, to reach a modern system with organizational nature has become an inevitable choice for risk management.
