【摘要】：近年来,居住区绿地在城市中迅速发展起来,受到了城市居民的青睐。城市居住区绿地的出现,缓解了城市中人们繁忙拥挤的紧张情绪,通过将原始、自然的环境引入城市,为城市居民提供了更加亲近大自然的机会。逐渐的居住区绿地成为人们逃离现代都市喧嚣、释放压力、缓解精神紧张、实现精神康复和体力再生的地方,是都市人休闲娱乐的重要场所。经过近30年快速发展,我国正进入城市化建设的关键转型期。要在城市化过程中树立以人为本的科学建设理念,将城市的质量、内涵作为今后城市建设的核心和重要发展方向。景观绿地是城市中唯一具有生命力的基础设施,是城市质量和内涵的集中体现。此次鄂尔多斯市恒通佳苑二期景观规划设计位于内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市康巴什新区华泰汽车城附近,规划占地面积为8.5hm2。本文主要以鄂尔多斯市恒通佳苑二期为例,对地块现状和场地周边综合条件进行分析,确定恒通佳苑二期景观规划设计的社区主题及目标。通过恒通佳苑二期的建设缓解华泰汽车城以及周边人群的住房压力。在设计主题的指导下,进行小区景观空间的整合到具体景观要素设计的阐释。本次规划设计在立足用地现状的基础下,进行功能区的梳理,以满足居民的日常使用需求。根据恒通佳苑居民的需要,对景观空间进行规划分析,并对小区的社区文化加以营造,提供给使用者功能丰富环境优美的室外空间。通过植物的搭配种植,营造原始的自然的景观环境,提升小区整体品质,为居民提供一个放松,休闲,高品质的宜居环境。
[Abstract]:In recent years, residential green space has developed rapidly in the city, and has been favored by urban residents. This time, the landscape planning and design of Hengtong Jiayuan in Ordos is located near Huatai Automobile City, Kangbashi District, Ordos Autonomous region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous region.
