广西剑麻—林产循环科技产业园区空间布局优化的研究

【摘要】：产业园区的空间布局影响着生产效率、生产管理及企业间产业链的衔接等。我国用地越来越紧张,环境越来越恶劣,自然资源浪费严重等现象,如何通过产业园区合理的空间布局,实现节约集约利用土地,保护生态环境,重复高效利用自然资源,提高生产率,延伸产业链等,是本论文的研究目的。本文首先立足于循环经济理论,对生态产业园区中如何运用循环经济加以阐述,归纳了国内外循环经济产业园的发展情况和研究动向,总结了以前的学者专家的研究成果,深刻的意识到在园区布局中循环经济所占的重要位置,而产业园区的空间布局和经济发展最终要以循环经济生成的产业链作指导。本文首先通过现场调查、资料收集、规划实践相结合的方法对广西剑麻-林产循环科技产业园区的空间布局现状进行分析,找出影响园区产业发展的主要问题和相关因素。然后根据循环经济理论,对广西剑麻-林产循环科技产业园区从空间布局结构、用地功能布局、道路交通网络及景观环境等几个方面调整园区的空间布局。本文将理论与实践紧密结合,将循环经济的理论贯穿始终,在对广西剑麻-林产循环科技产业园区的空间布局与分析中注重从实践出发,根据园区定位、产业发展、生产流程、产业链构成等,根据循环经济理论,通过城市规划设计方法,优化广西剑麻-林产循环科技产业园区的空间布局,促进该园区产业的可持续发展,同时可以为其他园区的规划提供一定的指导。
[Abstract]:The spatial layout of the industrial park affects the production efficiency, production management and the industrial chain between enterprises, etc. The land use in our country is more and more tense, the environment is getting worse and worse, and the waste of natural resources is serious. How to realize the conservation of intensive use of land, the protection of ecological environment, the reuse of natural resources, the improvement of productivity and the extension of industrial chain through the rational spatial layout of industrial parks. This paper is the purpose of this paper. Firstly, based on the theory of circular economy, this paper expounds how to use circular economy in eco-industrial parks, and summarizes the development situation and research trend of circular economy industrial parks at home and abroad. Summarized the previous research results of scholars and experts, deeply aware of the park layout in the recycling economy occupies an important position. The spatial layout and economic development of the industrial park should be guided by the industrial chain generated by circular economy. This paper analyzes the present situation of spatial layout of sisal-forest circular science and technology industrial park in Guangxi by combining planning and practice, and finds out the main problems and related factors that affect the development of the park industry. Then according to the theory of circular economy. This paper adjusts the spatial layout of sisal-forest circular science and technology park in Guangxi from the aspects of space layout structure, land use function layout, road traffic network and landscape environment, etc. The theory and practice are closely combined in this paper. The theory of circular economy runs through all the time. In the space layout and analysis of sisal-forest circular science and technology industrial park in Guangxi, we should start from practice, according to the location of the park, industry development, production process. According to the theory of circular economy and the method of urban planning and design, the paper optimizes the spatial layout of sisal and forest circular science and technology park in Guangxi, and promotes the sustainable development of the park industry. At the same time, it can provide some guidance for the planning of other parks.
