【摘要】：红色文化是中国共产党在马克思主义指导下,在新民主主义革命时期创造的一种政治文化,并在中国建设和改革开放时期不断传承和发展的一种文化形态。红色文化是开展思想政治教育活动的重要载体和内容。因此,研究红色文化的思想政治教育功能及其实现路径,对于提高思想政治教育工作的针对性和实效性、扩大红色文化的影响力、创新红色文化的教育内容和教育方式、推进中国特色社会主义先进文化建设和培育我国的文化自信几方面有十分重要的意义。红色文化具有导向、激励、凝聚和教化四个主要的思想政治教育功能。在红色文化的思想政治教育功能实现中,由于教育者缺乏相应的业务素质、受教育自身因素的限制、教育体制不够完善和教育环境的制约等原因的影响,使红色文化思想政治教育功能存在宣传教育形式化制约了思想政治教育功能、重经济效益导致思想政治教育功能弱化、认识偏差扭曲思想政治教育功能和软硬件建设不足等问题。要更好地实现红色文化的思想政治教育功能,需要我们拓展红色文化思想政治教育功能的内涵、加强红色文化教育队伍建设、加强对受教育者的引导教育、建立健全红色文化思想政治教育体制机制,并且需要不断优化红色文化的思想政治教育环境。
[Abstract]:The red culture is China Communist Party under Marx's guidance, create a kind of political culture in the period of new democratic revolution, a form of culture and in the China construction and the period of reform and opening up constantly. The inheritance and development of the red culture is the important carrier and content to carry out ideological and political education. Therefore, the research of red culture in Ideological and political the educational function and its realization path, to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of Ideological and political education, expand the influence of the red culture, red culture education content and the educational mode, has very important significance to promote the Chinese socialist advanced culture construction and cultivate our cultural confidence. Several aspects of red culture has guiding, incentive condensation and Enlightenment of four main functions of Ideological and political education. In the red culture function of the ideological and political education implementation, because education is lacking The lack of corresponding professional quality education, their own factors, which restricts the reasons such as the education system is not perfect and the education environment, the red culture function of Ideological and political education propaganda education existence formalization restrict the function of Ideological and political education, the emphasis on economic benefits to the ideological and political education function, understanding the problem of insufficient function of ideological deviation distortion the political education and the construction of hardware and software. In order to realize the red culture and ideological and political education function, we need to expand the red culture connotation of Ideological and political education function, strengthen the red culture education team construction, strengthen the guidance and education of the educated, establish and perfect the mechanism of Ideological and political education system and the need to constantly optimize the red culture and red the cultural environment of Ideological and political education.
