城市商业街区植物景观规划设计研究

【摘要】：城市商业街区空间是城市空间中比较特殊而重要的空间场所,其主要运行模式是以步行体验和商业购物为目的的休闲场所。当前,随着人们对街区场所生态功能和审美功能认识的提升,对商业街区起着重要作用的植物景观的构建渐渐引起人们的重视。就目前国内外城市商业街区现状,普遍出现的问题是植物绿化偏少、缺乏整体的规划设计、缺乏人性化服务,出现这些问题的主要症结,在于针对城市商业街区植物景观规划设计研究的力度不够,只有深入找出商业街区空间与植物景观空间的契合点,才能更好的依据商业街区的特点来打造特色植物景观。本文选取了具有区域代表性的国内四个城市商业街区：济南泉城路商业街区、青岛台东商业街区、上海古北黄金城道商业街区、成都春熙路商业街区,通过实践调查和分析,来探讨其植物景观配置,并从多维度视角进行分析,包括植物景观的生态学功能、美学(艺术)功能及植物景观构建功能。具体涉及到植物的生态习性、植物群落组成、配置模式、美学效应、植物空间序列、文脉与特色传承、人性化体验等方面。通过对4个商业街区调研和分析,总结出四个不同街区在植物景观构建中可借鉴的优势及存在的问题,并针对这些优点和不足,分析总结出在城市商业街区植物景观规划中应遵循的原则和方法,并将其应用到山东济宁市太白路商业街区植物景观设计实践项目中加以实现。本研究对全国城市商业街区植物景观设计具有较强的指导和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The space of city commercial block is a special and important space place in the city space. Its main mode of operation is a leisure place for the purpose of walking experience and commercial shopping. With the improvement of people's understanding of ecological function and aesthetic function, the construction of plant landscape, which plays an important role in commercial district, has gradually aroused people's attention. The common problems are the lack of plant greening, the lack of overall planning and design, and the lack of humanized services. The main crux of these problems lies in the insufficient research on plant landscape planning and design in urban commercial blocks. Only to find out the commercial district space and plant landscape space, In order to better build the characteristic plant landscape according to the characteristics of the commercial district, this paper selects four domestic commercial blocks with regional representative: Jinan Quancheng Road commercial district, Qingdao Taitong commercial district, The commercial district of Jincheng Road in Gubei City, Shanghai, and the commercial district of Chunxi Road in Chengdu, through practical investigation and analysis, discuss the plant landscape configuration, and analyze it from a multi-dimensional perspective, including the ecological function of plant landscape. Aesthetics (art) function and plant landscape construction function. It involves plant ecological habits, plant community composition, configuration model, aesthetic effect, plant space sequence, context and characteristic inheritance. Through the investigation and analysis of four commercial blocks, this paper summarizes the advantages and problems in the construction of plant landscape in four different blocks, and aims at these advantages and disadvantages. The principles and methods that should be followed in plant landscape planning of urban commercial blocks are analyzed and summarized. It is applied to the plant landscape design project of Taibai Road Commercial District, Jining City, Shandong Province. This study has a strong guiding and referential significance for the plant landscape design of commercial blocks in the whole country.
