城乡一体化进程中吉林省农村文化建设研究

【摘要】：我国是农业大国,农村人口占了国家人口的大多数,实现农村的发展是我们的重要课题。文化建设,作为上层建筑方面,对农村经济的发展有积极的作用。尤其是现今农村的发展受到城乡发展一体化的大环境影响,加大农村文化建设力度,对促进城乡一体化进程中的农村发展意义重大。党的十八大报告指出:“文化是一个民族的血脉,是人类的精神家园。”我们应该以马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观为指导,充分贯彻党的十八大和十八届三中全会、四中全会精神,深入的学习习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,在经济发展新常态的条件下,大力发展农村文化,为农村地区的发展提供有力的支撑。本文是以现阶段城乡发展一体化为切入点,以马克思主义理论为支撑,研究城乡一体化背景下的农村文化建设。主要从四个方面进行了探讨。第一部分,阐述了国内和国外关于农村文化研究的现状,为本文提供参考。全面阐述了城乡发展一体化和农村文化建设的理论渊源和概念,阐明了马克思主义理论对城乡一体化和文化建设的支撑,论证了马克思主义对城乡发展一体化和农村文化建设的作用以及为什么要在城乡一体化的背景下加强农村的文化建设。第二部分,分析了吉林省农村文化发展的现状。以及在城乡发展一体化的背景下,吉林省的农村文化建设取得的各方面成就。第三部分,阐述了当前吉林省的农村文化建设存在的问题,分析了吉林省农村文化建设存在各方面问题的原因。论证了在当前经济发展阶段,城乡一体化中的文化建设的重要性。第四部分,探讨了如何以马克思主义理论为指导,解决吉林省农村文化建设存在的各项问题。以理论认识为基础,以实践活动为主,切实解决吉林省农村文化建设中存在的各项问题,对现阶段加强城乡一体化背景下的农村文化建设提出现实有效的、切实可行的对策,实现吉林省的农村、城市协调发展。
