城市视角下世界园艺博览会环境景观整合规划策略研究

【摘要】：城市发展与城市化建设所带来的一系列问题,一直是风景园林行业关注与研究的主要领域。进入二十一世纪,中国作为世界城市化进程主要与活跃的阵地,城市建设与自然环境之间的矛盾日益凸显,集中体现在以世界园艺博览会、世博会、奥运会这类的“重大城市事件”的建设过程中。早期的世界园艺博览会是以修复战后城市为主要目的,经历了半个世纪的发展,其承担了更多的社会责任和义务,不再是单纯的展会,通过风景园林方式,在处理城市发展建设方面取得了重要的进展,与城市发展密切相关。世界园艺博览会兼备城市属性与自然属性,这使得世界园艺博览会环境景观建设成为当前城市建设中缓解和协调城市与自然矛盾,促进两者融合的平台。文本研究的核心内容是将世界园艺博览会环境景观置于城市与自然背景下,梳理和总结世界园艺博览会发展建设的历史与问题,结合中国当前城市发展的建设情况,指导当前的世界园艺博览会建设,形成针对解决城市与自然关系问题的世界园艺博览会环境景观建设结构与体系。本文以文献综述、比较分析法、系统分析法、多学科交叉法、实例研究法为主要研究方法。主要分为五个大部分：世界园艺博览会的发展研究、城市视角下世界园艺博览会整合规划研究的理论基础、理念与方法、城市视角下世界园艺博览会环境景观整合规划分析及整合规划策略。首先：本文通过对世界园艺博览会的性质、分类、组织与管理、建设经验等层面总结世界园艺博览会建设与城市、自然的联系,提出世界园艺博览会具有典型的城市属性及自然属性的特征,明确世界园艺博览会是在当前快速城市化建设中协调城市与自然关系的积极途径。其次：对城市视角下世界园艺博览会整合规划研究的理论基础进行研究,在此基础上提出世界园艺博览会环境景观规划整合理念的设计价值观,并对世界园艺博览会环境景观规划的整合对象、世界园艺博览会作为整合的优势及相关理论借鉴进行阐释。最后：本文提出建立世界园艺博览会环境景观规划的整合体系,以规划建设的程序划分为与城市发展协调的整合性选址、与自然资源整合的弹性分区、与城市功能整合的交通规划、城市与自然融合的景观整合及与城市需求整合的后续利用及管理,通过对专项整合的意义、范畴及具体方法和设计实践进行分析与归纳,构建起一套较为完整的世界园艺博览会环境景观规划整合方法体系。
[Abstract]:A series of problems brought about by urban development and urbanization construction have been the main fields of attention and research in landscape architecture industry. Since 21th century, China has been the main and active position in the process of urbanization in the world. The contradiction between urban construction and natural environment has become increasingly prominent, mainly reflected in the World Horticultural Exposition, the World Expo, During the construction of "major urban events" such as the Olympic Games, the early World Horticultural Exposition, whose main purpose was to rehabilitate the post-war cities, experienced half a century of development and assumed more social responsibilities and obligations. No longer a simple exhibition, through the way of landscape architecture, has made important progress in the treatment of urban development and construction, closely related to urban development. The World Horticultural Expo has both urban and natural attributes, This makes the environmental landscape construction of the World Horticultural Exposition become the current urban construction to alleviate and coordinate the contradiction between the city and nature. The core content of the text research is to put the environment landscape of the World Horticultural Exposition under the background of city and nature, and to sort out and summarize the history and problems of the development and construction of the World Horticultural Exposition. According to the current situation of urban development in China, this paper guides the construction of the current World Horticultural Exposition and forms the environmental landscape construction structure and system of the World Horticultural Exposition aiming at solving the problem of the relationship between the city and nature. Comparative Analysis, system Analysis, Multidisciplinary Crossing and case study are the main research methods. They are divided into five parts: the development of the World Horticultural Exposition, The theoretical basis, ideas and methods of the integrated planning research of the World Horticultural Exposition from the perspective of city, Analysis and Strategy of Environmental Landscape Integration Planning of the World Horticultural Exposition from the City Perspective. First, this paper analyzes the nature, classification, organization and management of the World Horticultural Exposition. This paper summarizes the relationship between the construction of the World Horticultural Exposition and the city and nature, and points out that the World Horticultural Exposition has the characteristics of typical urban attributes and natural attributes. It is a positive way to coordinate the relationship between the city and nature in the current rapid urbanization construction. Secondly, the theoretical basis of the integrated planning research of the World Horticultural Exposition under the urban perspective is studied. On this basis, the design values of the integrated concept of environmental landscape planning of the World Horticultural Exposition are put forward, and the integrated objects of the environmental landscape planning of the World Horticultural Exposition are put forward. The World Horticultural Exposition as the advantages of integration and related theoretical reference to explain. Finally, this paper proposes to establish an integrated system of environmental landscape planning of the World Horticultural Exposition. The procedures for planning and construction are divided into integrated siting in coordination with urban development, flexible zoning in integration with natural resources, and transportation planning integrated with urban functions. Through the analysis and induction of the significance, category, concrete method and design practice of the special integration, the landscape integration of city and nature and the subsequent utilization and management of the integration with urban demand are analyzed and summarized. A set of integrated environmental landscape planning system of the World Horticultural Exposition was constructed.
