重庆高校校园中心区景观规划设计研究

【摘要】:正如城市具有典型的城市中心区一样,校园也具有中心区,高校校园的中心区是校园结构的核心地区,其景观具有空间层次丰富、人文景观集中、景观识别性高、景观影响力大的特征,在校园景观中占有重要地位,它不仅是校园向外界展示其独特个性的名片,亦是师生们心中母校的形象代表。然而,目前对于校园中心区的研究多集中在中心区的建筑、空间规划方面,景观只是作为其中的一个章节,笼统的进行了说明,专门针对校园中心区景观的研究资料极其有限,尤其是近年来随着高校事业的快速发展,校园中心区景观开始出现同质化、文化内涵削弱、尺度不合理等现象,因此有必要对高校校园中心区景观的营造进行专门研究,以使其能更好地发挥校园“客厅”、“名片”的作用。本文以重庆高校校园中心区景观为研究对象,研究的主要内容有:首先,通过对高校校园景观以及高校校园中心区景观相关研究的梳理,明确了高校校园中心区及其景观的概念,总结和分析了高校校园中心区景观的区位、特征、功能以及影响高校校园中心区景观设计的4大因素,包括自然环境因素、校园本体因素、使用主体因素、人文因素;其次,基于影响因素的前提下,笔者对重庆主城区的高校校园中心区景观进行调研,并从中选取不同专业背景和历史文化背景的9所代表性院校的12个校园中心区景观,从平面布局形态、竖向空间处理、景观功能调查、文化内涵体现、构景元素分析五个方面对其进行深入分析,总结出重庆高校校园中心区景观在平面布局、竖向空间、景观功能、文化内涵、构景元素上的现状特征和存在的问题;最后,基于理论研究与实地调研,并结合重庆高校校园中心区景观现存问题,提出了重庆高校校园中心区景观规划设计的整体性原则、功能性原则、地域性原则、特色性原则、文化性原则以及生态性原则;并从平面布局上提出契合场地环境、协调中心区建筑群体的空间形态、合理把握尺度的策略,从竖向空间上提出合理依托场地地形营造多维复合式空间的策略,从景观功能上提出完善功能需求、根据区位合理调整比重、注重功能拓展的策略,从文化内涵上提出展现校园文化、挖掘地域文化的策略,从构景元素上分别对场地及道路、景观小品及设施、挡墙及台阶、植物、水体、山体提出相应设计策略。本文通过对重庆高校校园中心区景观规划设计的研究,以期对重庆及其它具有山地特色的高校校园中心区景观规划设计有一定的借鉴、指导作用。
[Abstract]:Just as a city has a typical central district, a campus also has a central district. The central district of a university campus is the core area of the campus structure. Its landscape is rich in space levels, concentrated in human landscape, and highly recognizable. The characteristics of landscape influence play an important role in the campus landscape. It is not only the business card of the campus to show its unique personality to the outside world, but also the image of the alma mater in the minds of teachers and students. However, At present, most of the research on the central campus area is focused on the architecture of the central district. The landscape is only as a chapter of it, which is explained in general terms, and the research data for the campus central district landscape is extremely limited. Especially with the rapid development of the university in recent years, the campus central district landscape began to appear homogenization, the cultural connotation weakened, the scale unreasonable and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to make a special study on the construction of the campus central district landscape. In order to make it play the role of campus "living room" and "business card" better. This paper takes the campus landscape of Chongqing university as the research object, the main contents of the study are as follows: first of all, Through combing the related research of campus landscape and campus central district landscape, this paper clarifies the concept of university campus central area and its landscape, summarizes and analyzes the location and characteristics of university campus central area landscape. The function and the four factors that influence the landscape design of the central district of the university campus, including the natural environment factor, the campus ontology factor, the use main body factor, the humanities factor; secondly, based on the influence factor premise, The author investigates the campus central district landscape in Chongqing's main urban area, and selects 12 campus central district landscape of 9 representative universities with different professional background and historical and cultural background, and deals with the vertical space from the plane layout form. The landscape function investigation, the cultural connotation embodiment, the construction scene element analysis five aspects carries on the thorough analysis to it, summarizes the Chongqing university campus central district landscape in the plane layout, the vertical space, the landscape function, the cultural connotation, Finally, based on the theoretical research and field investigation, combined with the existing problems of the central campus landscape in Chongqing, the overall principles of the landscape planning and design of the central campus in Chongqing are put forward. Functional principle, regional principle, characteristic principle, cultural principle and ecological principle, and from the plane layout to fit the site environment, coordinate the space form of the building group in the central area, reasonably grasp the strategy of the scale, From the vertical space, the strategy of building multi-dimensional compound space based on the site topography is put forward, and the demand of perfect function is put forward from the view of landscape function, the proportion of function is adjusted reasonably according to the location, and the strategy of function expansion is emphasized. From the cultural connotation, the paper puts forward the strategy of displaying campus culture, excavating regional culture, and constructing landscape elements on the site and road, landscape sketches and facilities, retaining walls and steps, plants, water bodies, etc. Through the research on the landscape planning and design of the central campus of Chongqing university, this paper hopes to provide some reference and guidance for the landscape planning and design of Chongqing and other university campus central areas with mountainous characteristics.
