生态公路建设理念和评价指标研究

【摘要】：“生态公路”的理念是可持续发展观在公路建设领域内的延伸,作为多学科融合的新兴学科,它意在解决公路建设和生态环境之间的矛盾冲突,寻求一个平衡点。“生态公路”作为我国未来公路的发展方向,国内在理论和实践层面都处于萌芽阶段,在研究上方面存在空白,在建设上存在很大的盲目性,评价办法存在代表性不强的问题。鉴于国内“生态公路”发展现状,生态公路建设理念和评价指标研究的提出有着积极的意义。本文在国内外生态公路发展现状的基础上对其理念进行分析,认真剖析了生态公路的内涵,总结了生态公路的特点;结合当前公路的生态防护措施,从排水方式、防污处理、生态护坡选择等多方面进行总结,为生态公路的设计施工提供参考依据;在传统评价体系的基础上,针对评价中存在滞后性、可行性不强的问题,提出新的生态评价指标,建立了更适合生态公路的评价体系,引入模糊层析分析法计算生态指标权重;最后以西汉高速公路户县涝峪口至洋县槐树关段段为例进行分析,总结其采用的生态措施和生态设计理念,并运用所建立的生态评价体系对其进行评价,得到西汉高速生态性的指标,结果表明评价体系的科学性。本文通过剖析生态公路内涵、总结公路生态措施,选取更加科学的评价指标,创建了新型生态公路评价体系,旨在为生态公路理念发展和建设提供可靠的依据。
[Abstract]:The concept of "ecological highway" is the extension of sustainable development concept in the field of highway construction. As a new discipline of multi-disciplinary integration, it is intended to solve the conflict between highway construction and ecological environment. Seeking a balance point. As the future development direction of highway in our country, "ecological highway" is in the embryonic stage in theory and practice, there is a blank in the research, and there is great blindness in the construction. In view of the current situation of the development of "ecological roads" in the country, It is of positive significance to study the concept and evaluation index of ecological highway construction. Based on the present situation of ecological highway development at home and abroad, this paper analyzes its concept, analyzes the connotation of ecological highway, and summarizes the characteristics of ecological highway. Combined with the ecological protection measures of the current highway, this paper summarizes the methods of drainage, antifouling treatment, ecological slope protection and so on, and provides a reference for the design and construction of the ecological highway, and on the basis of the traditional evaluation system, it provides a reference for the design and construction of the ecological highway. Aiming at the problems of lag and unfeasibility in the evaluation, a new ecological evaluation index is put forward, and a more suitable evaluation system for ecological highway is established, and the weight of ecological index is calculated by fuzzy chromatographic analysis. Finally, taking Huiyukou section of Xihan Expressway from Huiyukou County to Huashuguan section of Yangxian County as an example, the ecological measures and ecological design concepts are summarized, and the established ecological evaluation system is used to evaluate it. This paper analyzes the connotation of ecological highway, summarizes the ecological measures of highway, selects more scientific evaluation indexes, and establishes a new ecological highway evaluation system. The aim is to provide reliable basis for the development and construction of ecological highway.
