基于规划视角的德清县乡村文化建设策略研究

【摘要】：新一轮乡村建设经过10多年的探索发展已初见成效,乡村的经济发展与物质空间环境逐渐改善,然而在“美丽乡村”建设这一新的时代背景下,偏重于物质要素的乡村规划,凸显出对乡村品格和乡村文化研究的不足,导致缺失地域文化特色的“千村一面”现象成为主流。为此,本文从规划视角出发,对乡村文化建设的原则与方法进行研究,促进乡村文化建设的提升。本文内容主要包括四部分：第一部分,绪论,对当前乡村文化建设现状进行了反思,认为其存在着：缺少县域尺度层面的整体规划引导；对文化建设的空间支撑研究不足；对文化的产业化潜力挖掘不足等几个方面的问题。第二部分,阐释乡村文化建设的相关概念,并从规划视角解读乡村文化建设的主要内容,指出规划视角下的乡村文化建设与其它研究视角关注点的不同,并结合国内外乡村文化建设理论研究与实践经验进行借鉴。第三部分,根据前文的研究总结,制定乡村文化建设的目标与原则。提出规划视角下的乡村文化建设方法,包括资源评估体系构建、文化空间布局、产业发展提升与支撑体系建构四个方面。第四部分,以笔者参与的实践项目为支撑,以本文提出的乡村文化建设方法为指导,对德清县乡村文化建设案例进行规划设计,完成基于理论方法的实证研究,将理论与实践相结合。
[Abstract]:After more than 10 years of exploration and development, the new round of rural construction has achieved initial results, and the economic development and material space environment of the rural areas have been gradually improved. However, under the new background of "beautiful countryside" construction, the rural planning of material elements is emphasized.The deficiency of the study on rural character and rural culture leads to the phenomenon of "one side of a thousand villages" which lacks the regional cultural characteristics to become the mainstream.Therefore, from the perspective of planning, this paper studies the principles and methods of rural cultural construction to promote the promotion of rural cultural construction.This paper mainly includes four parts:The first part, introduction, reflects on the current situation of rural cultural construction, thinks that it exists: the lack of county scale level of the overall planning guidance, the lack of space support for cultural construction research;To the industrialization potential of the culture excavates the insufficient and so on several aspects question.The second part explains the related concepts of rural cultural construction, and interprets the main contents of rural cultural construction from the perspective of planning, and points out that the rural cultural construction under the planning perspective is different from other research perspectives.And combined with the theoretical research and practical experience of rural culture construction at home and abroad for reference.The third part, according to the above research summary, formulates the rural culture construction goal and the principle.This paper puts forward the methods of rural culture construction from the perspective of planning, including the construction of resource evaluation system, the layout of cultural space, the promotion of industry development and the construction of supporting system.In the fourth part, based on the practical project in which the author participated, and guided by the rural culture construction method proposed in this paper, the author plans and designs the case of rural culture construction in Deqing County, and completes the empirical research based on the theory and method.Combine theory with practice.
