[Abstract]:This paper is a practical report on the translation of "Tomb of Wild Chrysanthemum".This report analyzes and summarizes the different understandings in the process of translation, and summarizes the methods and experiences of literary translation.I hope to open a new window for the author's future translation. Tomb of Wild Ju is a pure love, sad love novel.Pure love novels are characterized by delicate descriptive techniques, which are usually characterized by characters and environmental descriptions to set off the emotional color of the full text.In the process of translation, this paper analyzes the translation of the unique Chinese characters inherent nouns, character descriptions and environmental descriptions in the text. This translation practice report attempts to test this translation practice by applying the three principles of Translation by Alexander Tytler Tytler, a famous American translator. "The three principles of Translation emphasize fidelity to the original idea, style and fluency.Mao Dun, a famous writer in China, once pointed out that literary translation is to convey the artistic conception of the original in another language, so that readers can be inspired, moved and beautiful when reading the original. The author holds that the translation of literary works should, just as Mao Dun says, let the readers feel the beauty of the original work, but at the same time, on the basis of abiding by the three principles of Tytler's translation, we should reproduce the beauty of the original work.In the process of translating the literary works, the author wants to solve the problem of how to make readers feel the beauty of the original works. Therefore, the author thinks that the translation practice can be better interpreted by using the three principles of Translation and proper translation methods. This report is mainly composed of the following three parts: the first chapter mainly introduces the author, the cultural background of the work, the story plot, the target of translation, the Tomb of Wild Ju, and explains the author's translation of the work.In order to solve the problem of how to reproduce the beauty of the original work and to translate literary works, attention should be paid to.Chapter two introduces the particularity of literary translation and Tytler's three principles of Translation. The first section mainly explains that literary translation is different from other translation, it is aesthetic, and must pay attention to the aesthetic nature of the original text in translation. The second section comprehensively introduces Tytler's "three principles of Translation", that is, the translation should completely duplicate the thought of the original text. (2) the style and tone of the translation should be the same as the nature of the original text; (3) the translation should be as fluent as the original text. Finally, the paper explains why the three principles of Translation can be used flexibly in Tomb of Wild Chrysanthemum. The third chapter combines Tytler's "three principles of Translation", divides into three parts to analyze the concrete cases in the translation practice of "Tomb of Wild Chrysanthemum", explains and induces.First of all, the translation methods of dissimilation and literal translation are used to analyze the idiosyncratic nouns in this work.Secondly, it explains the application of Tytler's "three principles of Translation" in character description by means of additional translation and free translation. Finally, the environment depicts the emotional color of the whole work, how to choose the appropriate modifier to contrast the atmosphere of the original is a difficult problem, in combination with the "three principles of Translation", the main use of literal translation, inverted translation,It is translated by different translation methods. In general, the author tries to be faithful to the original text and make readers feel the beauty of the original in the specific sentence structure and situational translation, which proves the application of Tytler's three principles of Translation. In practice, we should learn translation theory, strengthen our own translation ability, and strive to perfect the translation.
