“聚空间”土家族茶餐厅设计

【摘要】:本课题以土家族茶文化为切入点,通过对比国内外相似茶餐厅,咖啡厅,以及本省现有茶餐厅经营现状,分析探讨了把现代茶餐厅与土家族茶文化相结合的策略,并完成了主题为“聚空间”的土家族茶餐厅设计本文前期通过查阅文献资料,走访相关人士得出土家饮食文化概况,对于土家特色的茶文化及小食文化进行了详细研究。紧接着在本市实地考察,街头发放调查问卷,研究数据分析“聚空间”空间茶餐厅的市场客户需求和潜在设计要求以及该茶餐厅的设计要素分析,考察研究我国土家族人民的生活方式,饮食文化习惯,民族文化特色,民居建筑材料等方面的要素,对土家族茶文化进行深入研究和总结,其可作为“聚空间”土家族茶餐厅设计的基础。通过对土家族茶文化具体特色的研究和本地人民群众对茶餐厅的接受度提炼出土家族饮茶文化艺术和精髓,从茶文化的演变与发展中寻找立足于本地适合消费者的独特设计元素,设计灵感,将其运用到“聚空间”土家族茶餐厅设计中去,让远古的民族茶文化与现代茶餐厅的融合与回归。在前期调研及分析的基础上,进行了主题为“聚”的土家族茶餐厅设计。首先,通过对环境的调研和分析,进行了选址设计。通过选取技术,材料,色彩元素确定了色彩方案和布局。通过对功能、分区进行比较优化,完成了平面草图方案的设计。而后,整合使用功能及文化底蕴的需求完成了多个平面方案设计,通过优化比较选取了最优的方案。基于最优的方案,绘制了空间效果图。此外,对于入口,散座、包厢等局部也进行了详细设计。本课题的研究意义在于实现土家族茶文化的本土化,让土家茶文化的美妙意境鲜活的展现于世界茶文化的舞台上:进一步促进该地区经济旅游效益发展,使该地的少数民族同胞的良好文化被世人所认知,也是具有不可小觑的商业价值;最后让即将淡出土家人民生活视野的古老传统文明与现代审美需求的良好结合。
[Abstract]:This subject takes Tujia tea culture as the breakthrough point, by comparing the domestic and foreign similar tea restaurants, coffee shops, and the present situation of tea restaurants in this province, analyzes and discusses the strategy of combining modern tea restaurants with Tujia tea culture. And the design of Tujia tea restaurant with the theme of "gathering space" was completed in the early stage of this paper, through consulting literature, visiting relevant personages to obtain the general situation of Tujia food culture, and making a detailed study on the tea culture and snack culture with Tujia characteristics. Then on the spot investigation in this city, the street distributes the questionnaire, studies the data analysis "gather space" the space tea restaurant market customer demand and the potential design request as well as the tea restaurant design essential factor analysis, By investigating and studying the elements of the Tujia people's life style, eating culture habits, national cultural characteristics, building materials, and so on, the paper makes a deep research and summary on the Tujia tea culture. It can be used as the basis of Tujia tea restaurant design. Through the study of the specific characteristics of Tujia tea culture and the acceptance of tea restaurants by the local people, the art and essence of Tujia tea drinking culture are extracted. From the evolution and development of tea culture, the unique design elements based on the local suitable for consumers, design inspiration, apply it to the "gathering space" Tujia tea restaurant design, Let the ancient national tea culture and modern tea restaurant fusion and return. On the basis of earlier research and analysis, the Tujia tea restaurant with the theme of "gathering" was designed. First of all, through the investigation and analysis of the environment, the location design is carried out. By selecting technology, materials, color elements to determine the color scheme and layout. By comparing and optimizing the function and partition, the design of the plan of plane sketch is completed. Then, the integration of the use of function and the needs of cultural heritage completed a number of plane scheme design, through optimization and comparison of the selection of the optimal scheme. Based on the optimal scheme, the spatial effect map is drawn. In addition, the entrance, scattered seat, box and other parts are also designed in detail. The research significance of this subject lies in realizing the localization of Tujia tea culture, making the wonderful artistic conception of Tujia tea culture appear vividly on the stage of world tea culture: further promoting the economic tourism benefit development in this area, So that the good culture of the local minority people is recognized by the world, it is also a commercial value that can not be underestimated; finally, let the ancient traditional civilization that will fade out of the Tujia people's life field of vision and the good combination of the modern aesthetic needs.
