哈尔滨中央大街辅街软质景观设计策略研究

【摘要】：城市商业街作为城市中的代表性公共空间,是一个城市文化特征与城市性格的核心表现地。哈尔滨中央大街是全国著名的十大商业步行街之一,集聚了哈尔滨的旅游、度假、休闲、购物、办公等复杂多样的综合功能。但人们以及众多研究学者的关注点往往集中于主街,却忽略对辅街的相关研究。另一方面,随着生态观念的日渐深入人心,软质景观在各个领域的应用逐渐加强,但在中央大街辅街中的应用却相对匮乏,使之辅街缺乏人情味增加单调感。本文首先对基础理论进行研究。第一章研究了软质景观与商业街景观的研究动态,并确立了研究目的与内容,以及具体的技术路线操作方式。在第二章,本文重点研究了商业街理论、消费行为理论、商业街景观要素理论以求指导后期的软质景观设计,为软景设计做铺垫。第三章则是本文的重点章节,即对中央大街辅街进行了具体的现状分析,包括其发展历史、软质景观设计的影响要素以及软质景观营造现状。其中软质景观设计影响要素涉及到业态、人群活动、交通流线等方面的分析。软景要素研究则解构了中央大街辅街的软质景观构成,对色彩、灯光、植物进行了现状分析。最后探讨了中央大街辅街的现状优缺点,并提出了发展对策。第四章是核心章节,以上述理论分析以及实地研究的结论为基础,对中央大街辅街的软质景观设计提出了目标、原则与策略。利用植物、灯光、水体等要素对辅街软质景观的现状进行细化与补充,分别从主题氛围营造、空间结构优化、生态功能完善、美学层次增加、人群行为适应等五个维度来优化辅街中软质景观设计。本文在最后总结了哈尔滨中央大街辅街软质景观设计的相应策略与不足之处,并提出了进一步的计划与展望。
[Abstract]:As the representative public space in the city, the city commercial street is the core expression place of the city culture characteristic and the city character. Harbin Central Street is one of the ten most famous commercial pedestrian streets in the country. It gathers the comprehensive functions of Harbin's tourism, vacation, leisure, shopping, office and so on. However, people and many scholars often focus on the main street, but ignore the related research on the auxiliary street. On the other hand, with the increasing popularity of ecological concepts, the application of soft landscape in various fields is gradually strengthened, but the application in Central Street Street is relatively scarce, which makes it lack of humanity to increase the monotony. This paper firstly studies the basic theory. The first chapter studies the research trends of soft landscape and commercial street landscape, and establishes the purpose and content of the research, as well as the specific technical route operation mode. In the second chapter, this paper focuses on the commercial street theory, consumer behavior theory, commercial street landscape elements theory in order to guide the soft landscape design, for the soft landscape design. The third chapter is the key chapter of this paper, that is, the specific status of the Central Street Auxiliary Street, including its development history, soft landscape design factors and soft landscape construction status quo. Among them, soft landscape design factors related to the analysis of business, crowd activities, traffic streamline and so on. The research of soft landscape elements deconstructs the soft landscape composition of Central Street, and analyzes the current situation of color, light and plants. Finally, the paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of Central Street Auxiliary Street, and puts forward the development countermeasures. The fourth chapter is the core chapter, based on the above theoretical analysis and field research conclusions, the paper puts forward the goal, principle and strategy of soft landscape design of Central Street Auxiliary Street. Using plant, light, water and other elements to refine and supplement the status of soft landscape in auxiliary street, from the theme atmosphere construction, spatial structure optimization, ecological function perfection, aesthetic level increase, Crowd behavior adaptation and other five dimensions to optimize the soft landscape design. In the end, the paper summarizes the corresponding strategies and shortcomings of soft landscape design in the auxiliary street of Harbin Central Street, and puts forward further plans and prospects.
