临沂市民中心外部环境景观规划设计研究

【摘要】：我国正处于城市快速发展的过程中,市民中心作为城市代表政府和人民的地标,要充分体现其的职能,体现具有现代气息的开放性景观特色,以功能多样性为特色构建全新的符合时代性的市民中心景观。因此,其景观规划设计更具时代性,强调景观的和谐氛围,专注景观空间利用效率,注重使用者的感受,强调景观所具有的文化内涵与历史意义。本文以“景观生态学理论”、“有机更新理论”和“可持续发展理论”为支撑,发现我国在市民中心外部环境景观规划设计的理论指导和实践上存在的问题,对市民中心外部环境景观相关概念进行释义。通过对临沂市民中心景观规划设计从项目确立、初步设计、方案选择、扩初设计、施工图设计、施工回访等再到声景观设计、给排水、灯光照明、屋顶绿化等内容,全面细致地分析该项目建设的全过程,总结市民中心外部环境景观规划设计方法和程序,分析出当代市民中心景观特征,为创作新的景观规划设计模式提供科学的见解,同时与同类景观规划研究组成一套完整的关于市民中心外部环境景观规划设计的理论与方法。本文主要分为四个部分——提出问题、分析问题、解决问题和实例应用。提出问题——本文第一章是发现问题并提出问题的过程,阐述了研究的起因、背景、目的及意义。分析问题——本文第二章和第三章均分析问题的起因。第二章对市民中心外部环境景观规划设计相关概念进行论述,同时论述国内外市民中心发展进程,提出研究本文的相关理论支撑。第三章就历史遗留和场地规划两个方面分析市民中心外部环境存在问题,并提出行之有效的设计原则。解决问题——第四章综合论述了市民中心外部环境景观规划设计的方法与程序,是解决问题的形式与方法,为之后的实例论证做基础工作。实例应用——本文第五章以临沂市民中心外部环境景观规划设计为案例,从项目概况、整体布局、植物种植、屋顶花园设计再到改造设计、文化节点设计、施工图设计等等,全面阐述并分析项目进行全过程。本文第六章为总结和展望部分。
[Abstract]:China is in the process of rapid urban development. As a landmark of the city representing the government and the people, the citizen center should fully embody its functions and the open landscape features with modern flavor. With the function diversity as the characteristic, constructs the brand-new conforms to the times the citizen center landscape. Therefore, its landscape planning and design is more contemporary, emphasizing the harmonious atmosphere of the landscape, focusing on the efficiency of landscape space use, paying attention to the feelings of the users, emphasizing the cultural connotation and historical significance of the landscape. Supported by "Landscape Ecology Theory", "Organic Renewal Theory" and "Sustainable Development Theory", this paper finds out the problems existing in the theory and practice of landscape planning and design of the external environment in China. The concept of external environment landscape of citizen center is explained. Through the landscape planning and design of Linyi Citizen Center from project establishment, preliminary design, scheme selection, initial expansion design, construction drawing design, construction return visit and so on, to sound landscape design, water supply and drainage, lighting, roof greening, etc. The whole process of the construction of the project is analyzed in detail, and the methods and procedures of landscape planning and design for the external environment of the citizen center are summarized, and the landscape characteristics of the contemporary citizen center are analyzed, which provides a scientific view for the creation of new landscape planning and design mode. At the same time, a complete set of theories and methods about the external environment landscape planning and design of citizen center is formed with the similar landscape planning research. This paper is mainly divided into four parts-propose problems, analyze problems, solve problems and apply examples. The first chapter of this paper is the process of finding problems and putting forward problems, and expounds the origin, background, purpose and significance of the research. The second and third chapters analyze the causes of the problem. The second chapter discusses the related concepts of the external environment landscape planning and design of the citizen center, discusses the development process of the citizen center at home and abroad, and puts forward the relevant theoretical support for the study of this paper. The third chapter analyzes the problems existing in the external environment of civic center from the aspects of historical legacy and site planning, and puts forward effective design principles. The fourth chapter comprehensively discusses the methods and procedures of the external environment landscape planning and design of the citizen center, which is the form and method of solving the problem, and does the basic work for the later example demonstration. The fifth chapter of this paper takes the external environment landscape planning and design of Linyi Citizen Center as a case, from project overview, overall layout, plant planting, roof garden design to reconstruction design, cultural festival point design, construction drawing design, etc. Fully explain and analyze the whole process of the project. The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect part.
