[Abstract]:With the development of society and the improvement of residents' material life, the consciousness of health care is becoming stronger and stronger. However, environmental pollution, sub-health, aging and other problems come one after another, so that people urgently need a space to relieve pressure, ease their emotions, take care of their bodies and minds, and maintain their health and health. The health garden based on Chinese health culture not only provides the ideal place for people to meet the needs of body and mind, but also carries forward the traditional health culture of our country. In this paper, the historical development, cultural characteristics, health preservation system and health gardens of Chinese health culture are studied theoretically and practically by literature analysis and summing up. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the Chinese health culture, to integrate it into the planning and design of the health garden, to explore the theoretical and practical basis for the design of the Chinese culture health garden, and to apply it to the planning of the health garden. For the future health garden design to provide reference. The main results are as follows: 1. Throughout history, among the earliest myths and legends of health preservation culture, it was only in the Yin and Shang dynasties that the most accurate oracle inscriptions were recorded; the Qin and Han dynasties to the Sui and Tang dynasties were the forming period of the health preservation culture; the two Song dynasties, the Jin and Yuan dynasties, The four major families of Jin and Yuan dynasties promoted the development of health culture; the extensive spread of health culture in Ming and Qing dynasties, the development and popularization of health preservation theory, and the perfection of health preservation culture; from the end of Qing Dynasty to New China, the health culture experienced decline and renaissance. In addition, Chinese health culture has the characteristics of conforming to nature, harmony is expensive, overall thinking, according to local conditions, both form and spirit, nourishing spirit as well as self-cultivation, national peace and security. The Confucianism, Taoism and Zen three health preservation context complement each other, constitute the Chinese health culture system. 2. Through the study of the three major health culture of Confucianism, Taoism and Zen respectively, the author draws the conclusion that Confucianism pays more attention to the cultivation of body and form, the Taoist school pays attention to nourishing the spirit, and the Zen is mainly to nourish the mind, and the form and spirit will be raised. Raise the heart of the three as one, you can reach the peak of health. 3. By studying the traditional and contemporary health gardens in China, it is found that they contain the health preservation thoughts of "conforming to nature", "surrounding mountains and surrounding water" and "causing virtual health and keeping quiet", and "nourishing body and soothing spirits", and so on. Based on the study of Confucian, Taoist and Taoist culture of health preservation culture, this paper takes it as the guidance of landscape design, and summarizes the principle that health gardens should pay attention to the "integration of nature and man" in the selection of location, and choose the ideal environment of "mountain, water and water hugging". At the same time, it is flexible to use the method of "skillful use of reason" in the construction of artistic conception of time and space, taking the "empty and quiet" of Taoist health as its foothold, and taking "Ren De" and "neutralization" of Confucian health as its methodology. It takes Zen health preservation as the aesthetic standard; the space layout stresses the harmony of the layout, the method of "hiding without revealing" and "living from the truth" to create the space, and the landscape, architecture, plants and structures are constructed in an orderly way. To achieve the effect of "living outside the environment", so as to give full play to the value and significance of the health garden.
