南京竹镇六合园创意农业休闲旅游开发研究

【摘要】:农业园区是具有减少环境污染,保证食品安全,具备一定规模性的农业生产系统。近年来,越来越多的农业产业园区认识到单一的农业产业不足以支撑园区的快速发展,纷纷涉足休闲农业及乡村旅游市场。但是,不难发现,近几年农业园区进行旅游开发大多都采用程式化的单一观光园林规划设计,同质化非常严重。园区的景观没有与众不同的特色,产品单一而缺乏市场竞争力,缺乏具有唯一性垄断性以及不可替代性的品牌形象。总结起来,当下的农业园区旅游开发存在一定的误区与不足,大都没能抓住创意农业产业园区旅游开发的核心灵魂所在:文化主题挖掘。本文通过研究和分析农业园区创意休闲旅游开发的现状,探讨了如何进行文化主题形象挖掘的创意理论和概念、并以南京竹镇中华六合园现代农业开发区项目作为实际案例,论述了创意农业休闲旅游开发理论在实际案例中的应用。文章主要分为四大部分。第一部分为概述部分。首先对论文的选题背景及研究意义做出分析和阐述,从政策大环境分析了农业园区旅游开发的形势。然后对国内外关于创意农业、乡村旅游等方面做出的研究和理论进行了分析和综述,并且探讨了目前农业园区旅游开发存在的误区及问题。第二部分是理论研究部分,首先梳理了产业经济融合理论及体验经济学两大核心开发理论。然后明析了当代旅游产业开发的核心内容,对以农业为资源的旅游开发主题进行了辨析。最后从品牌,主题,市场,消费以及文化五个方面论述了农业园区创意农业休闲旅游开发的具体理论。在第三部分中,根据对南京竹镇项目园区的考查和了解,详细探讨了园区目前的发展开发现状,分析了项目开发的核心优势,并对园区所面对的核心市场进行了分析。然后根据现状分析,总结了园区开发可能遇到的瓶颈和挑战,为下一步的挖掘与解决打下基础。第四部分最后,以核心创意为重中之重,讨论园区产业开发的优势所在,特别是核心文化的挖掘与理解。并且在核心理论的指导之下,根据分析得出的瓶颈与挑战,进行了创新性的文化创意开发。最后通过对项目的分区布局,重点核心项目与产品,以及园区运作模式的阐述较为系统的展现了创意开发理念在实际项目中的指导作用。最后,总结了对农业园区进行创意休闲旅游开发的研究成果和不足,作为本论文结论,指出改进方向。
[Abstract]:Agricultural park is an agricultural production system which can reduce environmental pollution, ensure food safety and have a certain scale. In recent years, more and more agricultural industrial parks realize that a single agricultural industry is not enough to support the rapid development of the park, and have set foot in leisure agriculture and rural tourism market. However, it is not difficult to find that the tourism development of agricultural parks in recent years mostly adopts a single tourist garden planning and design, and the homogeneity is very serious. The landscape of the park has no distinctive features, single product and lack of market competitiveness, lack of unique monopoly and irreplaceable brand image. To sum up, there are some misunderstandings and deficiencies in the tourism development of the current agricultural park, and most of them fail to grasp the core soul of the tourism development of the creative agricultural industry park: cultural theme mining. Based on the research and analysis of the present situation of the development of creative leisure tourism in the agricultural park, this paper discusses the creative theory and concept of how to excavate the image of the cultural theme, and takes the modern agricultural development zone project of Zhonghua Liuhe Garden in Nanjing Zhuzhen as a practical case. This paper discusses the application of creative agriculture leisure tourism development theory in practical cases. The article is divided into four parts. The first part is an overview. Firstly, the background and significance of the research are analyzed and expounded, and the situation of tourism development in agricultural park is analyzed from the policy environment. Then it analyzes and summarizes the research and theory of creative agriculture and rural tourism at home and abroad, and probes into the misunderstandings and problems existing in the tourism development of agricultural parks at present. The second part is the theoretical research part, first combing the industrial economic convergence theory and the experience economics two core development theories. Then it analyzes the core content of the contemporary tourism industry development, and distinguishes the theme of tourism development with agriculture as the resource. Finally, the author discusses the theory of creative agricultural leisure tourism development in agricultural parks from five aspects: brand, theme, market, consumption and culture. In the third part, according to the investigation and understanding of Nanjing Zhuzhen Project Park, this paper discusses in detail the present development and development situation of the park, analyzes the core advantages of the project development, and analyzes the core market that the park faces. Then, according to the analysis of the present situation, the paper summarizes the bottlenecks and challenges that may be encountered in the development of the park, and lays a foundation for the next step of mining and solving. At the end of the fourth part, the author discusses the advantages of industrial development of the park, especially the excavation and understanding of the core culture. And under the guidance of the core theory, according to the bottleneck and challenge, the creative development of culture is carried out. Finally, through the project layout, key core projects and products, as well as the operation model of the park more systematically show the guiding role of creative development ideas in the actual projects. Finally, the paper summarizes the research results and shortcomings of creative leisure tourism development in agricultural parks, as the conclusion of this paper, pointed out the direction of improvement.
