集群化视角下深圳前海三、四单元建筑设计控制策略研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization in China, land use has changed. Under the environment of market economy, urban construction and development are full of more and more uncertain factors, and urban design is facing more and more complicated situation. As one of the tools to guide urban construction activities, urban design has gradually moved towards the direction of combination of design and management, and more attention has been paid to the use of urban design to solve the problems in the process of urban development. As a newly-built urban area, Shenzhen Qianhai-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Cooperation Zone has put forward the construction requirements of high-efficiency and high-quality. In addition, Qianhai's urban design has its particularity in space planning and design management. The complex factors, such as government leading the market operation and taking the unit as the main body and the whole development, bring great difficulties to the implementation of the control results of the architectural design. The traditional practice of single professional design and compiling urban design results can no longer meet the needs of Qianhai development and construction. As one of the technical achievements of urban design, architectural design control is not only limited to the single building design, but also needs to coordinate the spatial form relationship of the building group. Need to work with the professional planning results, need to consider the impact of urban design process. In view of the problems existing in the present urban design and the trend of future development, combined with the particularity of the Qianhai and the goal of development and construction, the control process of the architectural design in the Qianhai needs to be in the form of the architectural group. The relationship between various majors and urban design is summarized as three layers of architectural design control cluster, namely, core circle, action circle and influence circle. The three and four units of the former sea are taken as an example, and the requirements of the front sea for building design control cluster are discussed in detail from the aspects of the three layers. The core layer emphasizes that the professional internal architectural design controls the cluster of architectural groups, and analyzes the design elements of architectural groups from the aspects of group architectural form, public space, street interface and so on. The role of the ring layer refers to the architectural design control needs to cooperate with the landscape, traffic, municipal and other specialties, and the specific analysis of the needs of each major reflected in the technical achievements of the coordination; The processes of policy making, management operation, market development and public participation outside of urban design constitute the influence layer, and analyze the indirect influence between the policy making, management operation, market development and the control result of architectural design. Finally, according to the analysis of demand, combined with the characteristics of collectivity, cooperation and openness of cluster, the integrated control strategy of space form of building group and the cooperative control strategy under multi-specialty action are put forward, respectively. The open control strategy under the influence of multi-platform. In view of the high efficiency and high quality construction demand of Qianhai and the poor maneuverability of architectural design control and the poor effect of guide control, the architectural design control of Qianhai needs the method of clustering. It provides guidance for the unit planning and urban design of Shenzhen Qianhai, and also provides reference for the architectural design control of other cities in China.
