景观生态学视角下的唐古拉山镇总体规划研究

【摘要】:位于三江源自然保护区内的唐古拉山镇,肩负着三江源地区重要水源涵养地和打造“长江源头生态第一镇”的重任,因此唐古拉山镇必然要走可持续的生态发展之路。本文针对唐镇自身特点,将景观生态学方法融入唐镇总体规划的编制之中。首先,通过对景观生态学相关研究的梳理,以景观生态学的视角解析城市规划,指出景观格局途径是景观生态学方法解决城市规划问题的主要途径,再综合分析唐镇的特点和发展条件,提出唐镇的发展原则和策略,并强调了景观格局优化法在镇域和镇区的运用,然后在镇域层面,通过景观格局的动态研究,划分景观生态分区,并作为空间管制的依据,而最后在镇区层面,针对镇区原用地布局方案的景观功能和稳定性评价,考虑唐镇自身特点,并权衡各方面利益,对镇区布局方案进行优化。研究认为:①景观格局途径是景观生态学方法解决城市规划问题的主要途径;②唐镇发展必须遵循生态安全、适度开发、低速增长和生态补偿等原则,并采取向生态产业发展策略和生态保护策略;③景观生态学方法在唐镇总体规划中的主要运用内容就是基于镇域和镇区的景观格局优化的规划策略;④1990-2013年间,唐镇镇域生态环境有所改善,但水土流失现象依然存在,镇域应划分为自然保护区、草甸景观保护区、冰川及水域景观整治区、荒漠景观恢复区和景观建设区进行空间管制;⑤镇区挖水造岛思路可保留,但要保护沱沱河的完整性,并提出生态补偿策略;⑥本研究的思路和方法主要针对唐镇的特殊性而言,对其他生态脆弱地区小城镇的总体规划可起到一定程度的借鉴,但不能直接应用。
[Abstract]:Tanggula Mountain Town, which is located in Sanjiangyuan Nature Reserve, shoulders the important water conservation land and the important task of building "the first ecological town of the source of the Yangtze River" in Sanjiangyuan Nature Reserve, so Tanggula Mountain Town must take the road of sustainable ecological development. According to the characteristics of Tang Town, this paper integrates the landscape ecology method into the compilation of Tang Town Master Plan. First of all, through combing the related research of landscape ecology, this paper analyzes urban planning from the perspective of landscape ecology, points out that landscape pattern approach is the main way to solve urban planning problems by landscape ecology method, then comprehensively analyzes the characteristics and development conditions of Tang town, puts forward the development principles and strategies of Tang town, and emphasizes the application of landscape pattern optimization method in town and town area, and then at the town level. Through the dynamic study of landscape pattern, the landscape ecological zoning is divided as the basis of spatial control. Finally, at the town level, according to the landscape function and stability evaluation of the original land layout scheme of the town, considering the characteristics of Tang Town itself, and weighing the interests of all aspects, the layout scheme of the town area is optimized. The results show that: (1) Landscape pattern approach is the main way to solve urban planning problems by landscape ecology method, (2) the development of Tang Town must follow the principles of ecological security, moderate development, low speed growth and ecological compensation, and adopt the strategy of ecological industry development and ecological protection. (3) the main application of landscape ecology method in the overall planning of Tang Town is the planning strategy based on the optimization of landscape pattern in town area and town area, and the development of Tang Town must follow the principles of ecological security, moderate development, low speed growth and ecological compensation, and adopt the strategy of ecological industry development and ecological protection. During 1990 to 2013, the ecological environment of Tangzhen town was improved, but the phenomenon of soil and water loss still existed, the town should be divided into nature reserve, meadow landscape reserve, glacier and water landscape rectification area, desert landscape restoration area and landscape construction area for spatial control. (5) the idea of digging water to build islands can be preserved, but the integrity of Tuotuo River should be protected and the ecological compensation strategy should be put forward. The ideas and methods of this study are mainly aimed at the particularity of Tang Town, which can be used for reference to a certain extent for the overall planning of small towns in other ecologically fragile areas, but can not be directly applied.
