“留白”之道

【摘要】：“留白”，指书画创作中，有意留下的相应空白。而现今，有意识的“留白”越来越多的被运用到我国和西方当代绘画中。其定义也变得广泛，不仅仅是画面中不着笔墨的白色，而是画面中占有一定比重的面积且起到一定作用的统一的底色，是没有具体形象的、空白的画面空间。“留白”也不再是中国传统绘画的专利。本文所讨论的“留白”立足于当代具象绘画，并非着重讨论传统“布白”的哲学精神，而是把重点转向表现形式十分丰富的，作为一种独立当代绘画语言的“留白”之道。本文大致分五部分：一：什么是留白即留白的一种基础定义，以及本文所要讨论的方向。二：回顾中西方传统绘画，并通过比较讨论留白的起源。三:从背景的留白处理、主体的留白处理、边角的留白处理、肌理上的留白等等各个方面的表现方式的梳理，，分析各种关于“留白”的表现形式。四：自己在绘画创作中对留白的体会。五：留白的作用与价值。总之，“留白”是一种技巧手段、更是一种智慧和修养，看似微不足道却蕴含复杂的形式和意义，它值得更加深入的梳理、研究与实践。本文以“留白”作为主要讨论的内容，对其定义、起源、表现方式和价值的一次总体的梳理。为“留白”这一方式在绘画中的应用以启发和借鉴。也是在绘画中传达中国传统精神的突破口。
[Abstract]:The definition of " blank " is more and more widely used in contemporary painting in China and the West . The definition of " blank " is not only the white of the ink in the picture , but also the uniform background which has a certain function .

This article is divided into five parts : one : what is the basic definition of the blank , and the direction to be discussed in this paper . 2 : Review the origin of the Chinese and Western traditional painting .

In short , " blank " is a kind of technique means , it is a kind of wisdom and cultivation , it seems trivial but contains complex form and meaning , it is worth more in - depth carding , research and practice . In this paper , it is a general sort of its definition , origin , expression way and value .
