歌唱紧张的心理调控及歌唱心理训练

【摘要】:歌唱心理学是声乐学与心理学之间的交叉学科,它主要从心理反应、注意、意志、想象、情绪与情感、能力及记忆等诸多方面,揭示了歌唱与发声的内在艺术规律,从而为声乐教师提供心理方面的理论依据,并为歌唱者找到科学的声乐学习法提供帮助。本文通过对歌唱紧张的心理分析,从而提出解决歌唱紧张心理的几种主要调控方法,并着重阐述了教学中加强歌唱心理训练的内容和方法。文章共分四个部分: 第一部分:关于歌唱心理学的概述。内容包括:心理学、音乐心理学、歌唱心理学的概念,歌唱心理学的中外研究现状、歌唱心理学与教学的联系、歌唱心理学在声乐教学中的重要性。 第二部分:关于歌唱紧张的心理状态分析。着重分析紧张心理状态的表现,紧张心理状态产生的原因,课堂及演出中紧张心理状态的分析。 第三部分:论述了歌唱紧张心理的调控方法。通过加强歌唱技术训练、集中注意力训练及实践锻炼、放松等几种比较重要的方法来使这一环节得以实现。 第四部分:教学中加强歌唱心理训练的内容和方法。这些方法包括调动歌唱者积极性的训练、增加外界因素刺激的训练、意志品质培养的训练、对声乐理论和文献的学习及放松的方法几方面内容。 全文紧紧围绕歌唱紧张心理的调控展开论述,旨在为声乐学习和演唱者增强自我控制能力,发挥正常的歌唱水平提供帮助。
[Abstract]:Singing psychology is an interdiscipline between vocal music and psychology. It reveals the inner artistic law of singing and vocalization from many aspects, such as psychological reaction, attention, will, imagination, emotion and emotion, ability and memory, etc. It provides psychological basis for vocal music teachers and provides help for singers to find scientific vocal music learning methods. Based on the psychological analysis of singing tension, this paper puts forward several main ways of regulating and controlling singing tense psychology, and emphatically expounds the contents and methods of strengthening singing psychological training in teaching. The article is divided into four parts: the first part: an overview of the psychology of singing. The contents include: psychology, music psychology, the concept of singing psychology, the present situation of Chinese and foreign research on singing psychology, the relationship between singing psychology and teaching, and the importance of singing psychology in vocal music teaching. The second part: the psychological state analysis of singing tension. This paper mainly analyzes the expression of nervous state, the causes of nervous state, and the analysis of nervous state in class and performance. The third part: discusses the singing nervous psychology control method. Through strengthening singing skill training, concentration training and practical exercise, relaxation and other more important methods to make this link come true. The fourth part: the content and method of strengthening singing psychological training in teaching. These methods include the training of arousing the singer's enthusiasm, the training of increasing the stimulation of external factors, the training of the cultivation of will quality, the study of vocal music theory and literature and the methods of relaxation. This paper focuses on the regulation and control of singing nervousness, aiming at providing help for vocal music learning and singers to enhance their ability to control themselves and bring their normal singing level into full play.
