略论民间艺术文化资源的保护体系

【摘要】：艺术文化资源保护不是某一方面的问题,也不是某一部门的问题,而应形成一个多层次多角度的思考方式,立体式思考民间艺术文化的保护,把民间艺术文化保护与行政、经济、教育等环节联系在一起,形成正确的保护观。民间艺术文化资源保护体系一方面强调民间艺术文化资源的挖掘,只有发现才能保护;另一方面以原生态为切入点,强调以民众为基础还原民间艺术的本来面目,使民间艺术不失去其赖以生存的民间原生态氛围;同时还应明确政府、学者专家以及文化市场在民间艺术文化保护中的责任,即行政指导作用、教育传承作用,资源开发作用等。多层次保护体系可以有效弥补政府所实施一系列保护措施的浅泛与功利,也可以补充民间艺术文化学者提出的各种保护措施研究的传播短效,使民间艺术文化在民众氛围中自律性变迁,还原民间艺术文化的民间内涵。只有民间俗文化的自律性保护与政府保护措施、学者研究等精英文化相互配合,展开精英文化与俗文化的融合,才能共同促进民间艺术文化的保护与传承。
[Abstract]:The protection of artistic and cultural resources is not a problem of one aspect, nor is it a problem of a certain department, but should form a multi-level and multi-angle way of thinking, and consider the protection of folk art culture in a three-dimensional way. The protection of folk art culture is linked with administrative, economic and educational links to form a correct view of protection. On the one hand, the protection system of folk art culture resources emphasizes the excavation of folk art cultural resources. Only discovery can protect; On the other hand, it takes the original ecology as the breakthrough point, emphasizes the populace as the foundation to restore the folk art as it is, so that the folk art does not lose the folk original ecological atmosphere on which it depends. At the same time, the government, scholars and experts as well as the cultural market should be clearly responsible for the protection of folk art and culture, that is, the role of administrative guidance, the role of education inheritance. The multi-level protection system can effectively make up for the shallow and utilitarian of a series of protection measures implemented by the government, but also can supplement the dissemination of the short effect of the research of various protection measures put forward by the folk art and culture scholars. Make folk art culture in the public atmosphere of self-discipline changes, restore folk art culture folk connotation. Only folk culture self-discipline protection and government protection measures, scholars research and other elite culture coordination. Only by integrating elite culture and vulgar culture can we promote the protection and inheritance of folk art culture.
