高职艺术院校专兼结合教师优势互补策略

【摘要】：高职艺术院校兼职教师队伍数量逐年增加,给高职艺术院校的发展注入了新的活力,既解决了师资短缺的问题,也强化了高职艺术院校的实践教学环节。在这一背景下,如果高职艺术院校的专任教师与兼职教师能利用各自教学的优势相互学习交流,可以促进专兼职教师的共同发展,提高教育教学质量。目前,高职艺术院校还没有充分实现专兼职教师相互之间的优势互补,学校要为实现教育资源的共享与师资队伍的优势互补创造条件,以进一步提高教师队伍整体素质,提高高职艺术院校人才培养质量,使培养的人才适应艺术文化市场的需求。
[Abstract]:The number of part-time teachers in higher vocational art colleges has increased year by year, which has injected new vitality into the development of higher vocational art colleges, which has solved the problem of shortage of teachers. Under this background, if full-time teachers and part-time teachers in higher vocational art colleges can make use of their respective teaching advantages, they can learn and communicate with each other. It can promote the common development of part-time teachers and improve the quality of education and teaching. At present, the art colleges of higher vocational colleges have not fully realized the complementary advantages of full-time and part-time teachers. Schools should create conditions for the sharing of educational resources and the complementary advantages of teachers in order to further improve the overall quality of teachers and improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational art colleges.
