民国书画市场中的代笔与作伪问题

【摘要】：对于书画市场的发展来说,代笔问题和作伪问题的流行无疑会对其进程产生极大的负面影响。民国时期,伴随着书画市场的腾飞,书画作品的物质属性被无限强调,一方面大量订单的积压使得书画家的工作压力剧增,另一方面市场内供不应求的情况也为作伪者提供了可乘之机。除此之外,书画家本人对于这些行为的忽视和法律保护的缺失也在一定程度上助长了这些风气的形成,最终造成了代笔问题与作伪问题横行的局面。
[Abstract]:For the development of the calligraphy and painting market, the popularity of the problem of brushwork and falsification will undoubtedly have a great negative impact on its process. During the period of the Republic of China, with the rapid development of the painting and calligraphy market, the material properties of the calligraphy and painting works were emphasized limitlessly. On the one hand, the overstocking of large orders increases the pressure on the work of painters. On the other hand, the shortage of supply in the market also provides an opportunity for counterfeiters to take advantage of it. The neglect of these behaviors and the lack of legal protection also contributed to the formation of these ethos to a certain extent and eventually led to the problem of writing for the pen and the problem of falsehood.
