高职艺术院校学生核心能力培养研究

【摘要】:职业核心能力是一种除专业能力之外、实用于各行各业的通用能力。加强高职艺术院校学生的核心能力培养,对于提高学生的专业技能和社会适应能力,拓展就业渠道,创业创新,,有着十分重要的现实意义。高职艺术院校及教师,应当顺应社会发展需求,在培养学生职业核心能力方面,探索新的办学路子。 本课题以职业核心能力融入艺术专业教学为切入点,采用了文献法、问卷法、个案法等调查研究方式,对国内外职业核心能力的研究现状、主要成果,做了较多的了解,筛选了可供借鉴的经验,并结合四川艺术职业学院核心能力培养的现状,探索教学中的不足和有效对策。 分析表明,四川高职艺术院校,仍以单一专业教学为重点,培养职业核心能力被忽略,学生动手能力和创新创业能力不强,出身社会的应对能力低下等现象还较为突出。部分专业,出现了招生难,毕业生从艺难、转行难的现象。 产生上述现象的原因,主要是高职艺术院校沿袭了普通艺术高校的办学模式,对加强学生核心能力培养缺少共识,相应教学经验不足,家长、学生对核心能力培养的重要性也认识不足。 本文提出:高职艺术院校,应做好职业核心能力融入专业教学的目标定位,完善相配套的教学模式、课程模式和教学方法。建议学院设立职业核心能力专门教学管理机构,开设核心能力专门课程,多渠道优化师资配置,做好教学基地建设,提高实习实训效果。建立职业核心能力教学跟踪和评估体系。 论文还探索性的撰写了“我国核心能力理论形成的探索”、“培养核心能力的着力点”等章节。
[Abstract]:Vocational core competence is a kind of common ability which is applicable to all kinds of industries except professional ability. Strengthening the cultivation of core competence of students in higher vocational art colleges can improve students' professional skills and social adaptability, and expand employment channels. Higher vocational art colleges and teachers should conform to the needs of social development and explore a new way to run a school in the aspect of cultivating students' professional core competence. This topic takes the professional core competence into the art specialty teaching as the breakthrough point, has adopted the literature method, the questionnaire method, the case law and so on investigation research method, to domestic and foreign occupation core competence research present situation, the main achievement, has made the more understanding. This paper selects the experience that can be used for reference, and combines with the present situation of cultivating the core competence of Sichuan Vocational College of Art to explore the shortcomings and effective countermeasures in teaching. The analysis shows that Sichuan higher vocational art colleges still focus on the teaching of a single major, and the cultivation of professional core competence is neglected, and the students' practical ability and innovative and entrepreneurial ability are not strong. The phenomenon of low coping ability of background society is more prominent. Some majors have difficulty in recruiting students, graduates are difficult to transfer from skill to profession. The reasons for the above phenomenon are that the higher vocational art colleges follow the mode of running a school of ordinary art colleges, lack consensus on strengthening the cultivation of students' core competence, lack of corresponding teaching experience, parents, The importance of the cultivation of core competence is also not well understood by the students. This paper puts forward that vocational core competence should be integrated into professional teaching target orientation, perfect matching teaching mode, curriculum model and teaching method in higher vocational art colleges. It is suggested that the college should set up specialized teaching management institution for vocational core competence. Setting up special courses of core competence, optimizing the allocation of teachers through many channels, constructing teaching base, improving the effect of practice and training, and establishing the teaching tracking and evaluation system of vocational core competence. In addition, the thesis also writes "the exploration of the formation of the core competence theory in China" and "the focus of cultivating the core competence" and so on.
