后殖民批评形态研究

【摘要】: 后殖民批评是一种带有很强解构色彩的文化批评理论,它将批评研究的中心从文本形式转移到文化政治批评上来。这一来自第一世界的话语,于80年代末、90年代初进入中国后,引起了较为广泛的关注和争论,并一直延续至今。将后殖民批评作为一种具体的批评形态研究,就是要在批评话语、方式、观念等方面将其作为一个系统来考察,从而思考它对于我国文学批评和文化研究的启示意义。 本文一共分四章: 第一章,主要对西方后殖民批评的有关概念进行考察和分析。通过对比国内外学者对这一批评的基本认识可知,西方后殖民批评是一些持多元文化主义观念、有着强烈的主体意识的少数族人,以一种边缘的姿态,立足种族、性别、阶级等层面,发起的一场旨在实现异质文化间平等对话的,具有强烈解构色彩的意识形态文化批判理论和实践。对后殖民批评话语渊源的考察,有助于我们进一步认识和理解这一批评形态的基本价值观念、思维方式以及批评话语等。从后殖民批评的理论资源来看,马克思主义的唯物史观和人类学思想,以及其他西方思想家的文化霸权理论、权力话语理论、解构理论以及“他者”理论等,为后殖民批评提供了丰富的养料。 第二章,主要对西方后殖民批评的各种理论话语进行考察和分析,如东方主义与文化帝国主义、第三世界批评与民族寓言、善恶对立原则与属下研究、文化杂交与身份的疆界等等,并对学界争论比较突出的问题加以考察。在此基础上,本文就其中的某些理论问题进行了简单的评析。 第三章,主要对西方后殖民批评进入中国后的发展状况进行考察综述。根据对后殖民批评研究的三条路径,尝试将西方后殖民批评在中国传播和研究的进程分为起步、探索、展开三个阶段。这三条路径分别是:一、对西方后殖民批评理论的译介,二、对西方后殖民批评理论的研究、阐发和开拓,三、本土展开的后殖民批评实践。在此基础上还就每个阶段所取得的成就和不足做了简要的分析。 第四章,在上述各章对西方后殖民批评话语以及我国引入和研究状况进行考察的基础上,着重对中国语境中后殖民批评所面对的问题进行探讨论析,思考它对于我们文学批评和文化研究的启示意义。就当前的批评实践而言,本文认为,批评视界的狭窄、批评中的唯后殖民批评以及批评中的民族主义情绪,是当前我们进行后殖民批评实践所存在的主要问题。
[Abstract]:Post-colonial criticism is a theory of cultural criticism with strong deconstruction, which shifts the focus of criticism from textual form to cultural and political criticism. After entering China in the late 1980s and early 1990s, this discourse from the first world has attracted much attention and controversy, and continues to this day. The study of post-colonial criticism as a specific form of criticism is to examine it as a system in the aspects of critical discourse, ways and ideas, so as to consider its enlightening significance for Chinese literary criticism and cultural research. This paper is divided into four chapters: The first chapter mainly examines and analyzes the related concepts of western post-colonial criticism. By comparing the basic understanding of the criticism made by domestic and foreign scholars, we can see that the post-colonial criticism of the West is a few minority people who hold the concept of multiculturalism and have a strong sense of subject, and base themselves on race and gender with a marginal attitude. At the level of class and so on, a critical theory and practice of ideological culture, which aims to realize the equal dialogue between different cultures, has a strong deconstruction color. The study of the origin of postcolonial critical discourse will help us to further understand the basic values, modes of thinking and critical discourse of this form of criticism. From the theoretical resources of post-colonial criticism, Marxist historical materialism and anthropology, as well as other western thinkers' cultural hegemony theory, power discourse theory, deconstruction theory and "other" theory, etc. It provides rich nourishment for post-colonial criticism. The second chapter mainly investigates and analyzes various theoretical discourse of western post-colonial criticism, such as Orientalism and cultural imperialism, third world criticism and national fable, opposition principle of good and evil and subordinate research. Cultural hybridization and the boundaries of identity, and so on, and the academic controversy of more prominent issues to be examined. On this basis, this paper makes a simple analysis of some of the theoretical problems. The third chapter mainly reviews the development of western post-colonial criticism after its entry into China. According to the three paths of the research on post-colonial criticism, this paper attempts to divide the process of dissemination and research of western post-colonial criticism in China into three stages: starting, exploring and developing. The three approaches are: first, the translation of the western post-colonial criticism theory; second, the research, analysis and development of the western post-colonial criticism theory; third, the local practice of post-colonial criticism. On the basis of this, a brief analysis is made on the achievements and shortcomings of each stage. Chapter four, on the basis of the above chapters' investigation of the western postcolonial criticism discourse and the introduction and research of our country, mainly discusses and analyzes the problems faced by the postcolonial criticism in the Chinese context. Thinking about its enlightening significance to our literary criticism and cultural research. As far as the current criticism practice is concerned, this paper holds that the narrow horizon of criticism, the postcolonial criticism in criticism and the nationalist sentiment in criticism are the main problems existing in our practice of post-colonial criticism at present.
