论宗白华对中国文化精神的美学探索

【摘要】: 宗白华是中国现代美学、文艺学的奠基人之一。他的思想在20世纪80年代中期逐渐成为学术研究的热点,引来众多研究者的学术兴趣。作为20世纪中国美学史上的杰出美学家,宗白华以艺术经验为美学研究的切入点,以探索中国文化精神为美学研究的旨归,发掘出了中国现代文化精神的核心概念——生生而条理,独特地建构了以生命节奏为核心,以艺术境界为表征,以理想人格为目标的美学思想体系,走出了一条以探究文化精神为核心的美学之路,有力地推动了中国文化与美学的现代转型。 五四时代,中国社会加速了离开传统的变革,这一文化历史情境所凸现的问题是新旧交替阶段人在精神上的茫然、烦闷和恐慌。在30年代以后,日本的入侵强化了民族生存的危机感,这一文化历史情境所凸现的是振作民族精神、增强民族自信力的问题。无论哪一种文化历史情境,现代性的问题都集中地体现在中国文化精神的问题中。因此,本文首先要研究的就是宗白华所处的特定文化历史时代语境与宗白华美学思想体系的形成之间的内在联系,其中,主要集中在五四时期和20世纪30、40年代。其次,本文将着重讨论宗白华对中国文化精神的美学探索。宗白华分别以生命节奏、艺术意境以及审美人格为出发点,建构出了以生命为核心、以意境为表征,以理想人格为最高目标和最终落脚点的美学思想体系。第三,本文将对宗白华探索中国文化精神以及建构其美学思想体系的独特思路与研究方法作大致分析与研究。宗白华先生以其“中西合璧”式的研究范式,以体悟证实相结合的方法,使艺术事实(文化象征物)与文化精神相互印证、相互阐发,形成了其独特的美学范式。此外,本文还将探讨宗白华对中国美学的现代转型所做出的积极贡献。
[Abstract]:Zong Baihua is one of the founders of Chinese modern aesthetics and literature and art. His thought gradually became the hot spot of academic research in the middle of 1980's, and attracted the academic interest of many researchers. As an outstanding aesthetician in the history of Chinese aesthetics in the 20th century, Zong Baihua regards artistic experience as the starting point of aesthetic research, and explores the spirit of Chinese culture as the purpose of aesthetic research. It unearthed the core concept of Chinese modern cultural spirit-living and organized, and constructed a unique aesthetic thought system with life rhythm as its core, artistic realm as its representation and ideal personality as its goal. It takes the spirit of exploring culture as the core of aesthetics and promotes the modern transformation of Chinese culture and aesthetics. During the May 4th Movement, Chinese society accelerated the change away from the tradition. The obvious problem in this cultural and historical situation is the spiritual blankness, boredom and panic of people in the period of new and old alternation. After the 1930s, the invasion of Japan strengthened the sense of crisis in the survival of the nation, and the cultural and historical situation highlighted the problem of perking up the national spirit and strengthening the national confidence. No matter what kind of cultural and historical situation, the problem of modernity is embodied in the question of Chinese cultural spirit. Therefore, the first thing to be studied in this paper is the internal relationship between the context of Zong Baihua's specific cultural and historical era and the formation of Zong Baihua's aesthetic thought system, among which, it is mainly concentrated in the May 4th period and the 1930s and 1940s of the 20th century. Secondly, this paper will focus on Zong Baihua's aesthetic exploration of Chinese cultural spirit. Zong Baihua took the rhythm of life, artistic conception and aesthetic personality as the starting point, respectively, and constructed an aesthetic thought system with life as the core, artistic conception as the representation, and ideal personality as the highest goal and the ultimate foothold. Thirdly, this paper makes a general analysis and research on Zong Baihua's unique ideas and research methods of exploring Chinese cultural spirit and constructing his aesthetic thought system. With his research paradigm of "combination of Chinese and Western elements" and the method of combination of understanding and confirmation, Mr. Zong Baihua made art facts (cultural symbols) and cultural spirit mutually corroborate and elucidated each other, forming his unique aesthetic paradigm. In addition, this paper will explore Zong Baihua's positive contribution to the modern transformation of Chinese aesthetics.
