论文化在中国古典诗歌中翻译中对意象传递的作用

【摘要】：诗歌翻译是文艺作品翻译中的难点，诗歌被称为“文学中的文学”，其形式简短却寓意深刻，“言在此而意在彼，言有尽而意无穷”。诗歌中诗人经常会使用文化意象。意象的作用举足轻重，为了以寥寥几行传达诗人厚重的情感及诗歌深远的涵义，，使诗人与读者心灵交汇。文化意象由于其自身蕴涵了丰富的民族文化色彩，一方面帮助读者加深了对诗歌的解读，另一方面却有增加了诗歌这一特殊艺术形式翻译的困难。本文从文化差异的角度探讨了中国古典诗歌翻译中意象的传达，侧重于让读者在作品中联系自己的文化来解读诗歌，从而更加深切的体会到诗歌所传达的精神和意境。 文化是一个民族知识，经验，信仰，价值，态度，等级，宗教及时空观念的总和，它渗透于社会生活的各个方面：风俗习惯，服饰礼仪，节日禁忌等等。它又可以分为物质文化和精神文化。文化的交流在这个全球化的世界上益显普遍和重要，而文化的交流必须通过翻译。从宏观方面来研究文化与翻译，是看一种文化是怎样被移植到另一种文化中去的，两种文化是如何相互影响制约的；从微观方面来研究，就是看哪些文化因素影响和制约了翻译。翻译不仅要克服语言的障碍，更要克服文化的障碍，研究词语中的文化因素怎样在译文中得到体现。作者根据文化的概念，将诗歌中的文化分为三层：表层文化，中层文化和深层文化。在文化表层，指如植物，动物等有形的东西，这在全人类共性大于个性，因而翻译方法以横向移植为主，具体可采用文化替代，文化借代等策略；在文化中层，指风俗习惯，社会制度等抽象的东西，这时，两种文化可能出现文化并行或空缺现象，翻译应该着力于补偿沟通；在文化深层，指一种抽象的如人的性格，生活观等，它是渗透于人的行为之中，只可意会而无法言传的，此时，不同文化之间存在着隔离现象，主要表现为语言的隔离和心理的隔离，在这一层面，翻译面临的难度较大，译者首先要重于深层的交流以跨越文化鸿沟。 通过对诗歌中文化的不同层面的分析，笔者发现文化翻译可以一定程度上弥补诗歌翻译语言上所带来的难度。文化交流的加强更放宽了诗歌翻译语言上的限制。
[Abstract]:Poetry translation is a difficult point in the translation of literary works. Poetry is called "literature in literature". Its form is short but profound. Poets often use cultural imagery in poetry. Image plays an important role in order to convey the poet's deep emotion and the profound meaning of poetry in a few lines, so that the poet and the reader can communicate with each other. Because of its rich national cultural color, cultural imagery helps readers to deepen the interpretation of poetry, on the other hand, it is difficult to increase the translation of poetry as a special art form. From the perspective of cultural differences, this paper probes into the conveyance of images in the translation of Chinese classical poetry, focusing on the readers' understanding of poetry in the light of their own culture, so as to gain a deeper understanding of the spirit and artistic conception conveyed by poetry. Culture is the sum of national knowledge, experience, belief, value, attitude, rank, religion and space-time concept. It permeates all aspects of social life: customs, dress and etiquette, holiday taboos and so on. It can be divided into material culture and spiritual culture. Cultural communication is becoming more and more common and important in this globalized world, and cultural communication must be translated. To study culture and translation from a macro perspective is to see how one culture is transplanted to another and how the two cultures influence each other. The study from the micro aspect is to see which cultural factors influence and restrict translation. Translation should not only overcome the language barrier, but also the cultural barrier, and study how the cultural factors in the words are reflected in the translation. According to the concept of culture, the author divides the culture of poetry into three layers: surface culture, middle culture and deep culture. In the surface of culture, it refers to the tangible things such as plants and animals, which are more common than individuality in all mankind, so the translation methods are mainly transplants, and cultural substitution and cultural metonymy can be adopted. In the middle of culture, it refers to the abstract things such as custom, social system and so on. At this time, the two cultures may appear the phenomenon of cultural parallelism or vacancy, translation should focus on compensating communication; Deep in the culture, refers to an abstract such as human character, life view, etc., it is permeated into the behavior of people, can only be intended, but not the words, at this time, there is a phenomenon of isolation between different cultures, At this level, translation is difficult, and the translator should first of all focus on deep communication in order to bridge the cultural gap. By analyzing the different aspects of culture in poetry, the author finds that cultural translation can make up for the difficulty caused by the translation of poetry to a certain extent. The intensification of cultural exchange has also relaxed the language restrictions on poetry translation.
