译者的精神分析探索

【摘要】:长期以来,翻译在文学创作领域的地位一直未得到“广泛”的认同,译者和译文处在作者和原文的阴影之下,尤其是文学翻译方面,译者和译文一方面受到原文的约束,另一方面又不得不面对各种翻译标准禁忌的束缚甚至打压,其创造性被局限在以原文文字为起点、原文精神为终点的狭小范围内,译者主体意识和地位有待进一步得到承认和提高。从译者“隐形”到译者“现身”、从“一仆二主”到“译者是翻译的唯一主体”,译者及译论家们在促进翻译主体意识的觉醒,以及为“创造性的叛逆”正名,逐步摆脱“被压制、被否定、被排斥、被最小化”的尴尬处境做了相当的努力。同时,国内外翻译学科建设也正迈入一个新的阶段,翻译研究正从“需要别人证明自己”,走向“自己证明自己”和“自己证明别人”的道路。 译者是“翻译的唯一主体”,并不排斥原文作者在原始创作中的主体地位,这一论断只是强调在翻译这个创作过程中,译者作为主体的唯一性。这里既肯定了译者的主体性,更为译者的创造性开拓了空间。 正如十七世纪就由笛卡尔提出来的“人的主体性”这一哲学概念迟迟没有在翻译理论领域得到充分研究,只是在上世纪末才引入讨论,上世纪初由弗洛伊德首创的精神分析理论,在文学批评领域风光了几十年,但在翻译研究的湖水中却并未激起什么引人瞩目的涟漪。随着译者在翻译中的主体性地位的逐步确立,其创作机制和创造性得到承认,译者在翻译中的心理活动也得到越来越多的关注,翻译的心理学研究价值也日渐凸显。 翻译理论研究,包括翻译标准、翻译当事人(作者、译者、原文、译文)的关系、翻译技巧、文化、翻译与后殖民主义、解构与后解构主义等等,一般都是从外部考察译者与文本等外部环境的“外部关系”,而极少涉及译者,,这个极具创造性的创作主体的内心精神世界。国外陆续有翻译研究者从“翻译与迁移”等
[Abstract]:For a long time, the position of translation in the field of literary creation has not been widely recognized. The translator and the target text are under the shadow of the author and the source text, especially in the aspect of literary translation. On the one hand, the translator and the target text are bound by the original text. On the other hand, they have to face the bondage and even suppression of various standard taboos in translation, and their creativity is confined to a narrow range with the original text as the starting point and the original spirit as the end point. The translator's subjective consciousness and status need to be further recognized and improved. From "invisibility" to "appearance", from "one servant and two masters" to "translator is the only subject of translation", translators and translation theorists are promoting the awakening of translation subject consciousness and correcting the name of "creative treason". A considerable effort has been made to get rid of the embarrassing situation of being suppressed, denied, rejected, minimized. At the same time, the construction of translation science at home and abroad is entering a new stage. Translation studies are moving from "need others to prove themselves" to "prove themselves" and "prove others by themselves". Translator is "the only subject of translation" and does not exclude the subjective position of the author in the original creation. This conclusion only emphasizes the uniqueness of the translator as the subject in the process of translation. This not only affirms the translator's subjectivity, but also opens up the space for the translator's creativity. Just as the philosophical concept of "human subjectivity", which was put forward by Descartes in the seventeenth century, has not been fully studied in the field of translation theory, it was only at the end of the last century that the discussion was introduced. The psychoanalytic theory, first founded by Freud at the beginning of last century, has been in the field of literary criticism for several decades, but it has not caused any noticeable ripples in the lake water of translation studies. With the gradual establishment of the translator's subjective position in translation, his creative mechanism and creativity have been recognized, the psychological activities of the translator in translation have been paid more and more attention, and the psychological research value of translation has become increasingly prominent. Translation theoretical studies, including translation criteria, the relationship between translation parties (author, translator, source text, translation), translation techniques, culture, translation and post-colonialism, deconstruction and post-deconstruction, etc. Generally speaking, the "external relationship" between the translator and the text and other external environments is examined from the outside, but rarely involves the translator, the inner spiritual world of the creative subject. There have been translation researchers abroad from "Translation and transfer" and so on.
