《梦之桥》（节译）翻译报告

【摘要】：本次翻译任务的材料节选自美国著名女作家凯瑟林·佩特森的小说《梦之桥》,该书是她为了纪念儿子最亲密的朋友丽莎而著,也是她最有名的作品,出版于1977年,赢得了次年的纽伯瑞奖章。凯瑟琳曾以“朴素平白”形容了自己作品的风格。她写的大部分是孩子,他们生活艰辛,要在各自不同的生活中去发现希望和人生的目标。原文主题是友谊、纯真、梦想、童年、乐观、追求。全文向我们展示了一段纯真的友谊,共十三章,每一章都是一个特定的生活场景的描写,所有的人物活动、形象塑造及性格特点都是在生活化、自然化的背景下刻画完成的。人物语言个性化、生活化、口语化,环境描写、心理描写语言艺术性较强,有音乐性、节奏感。截译部分为最后三章,既是故事的结尾也是高潮。情感基调的变化也是通过人物微妙的心理变化、语言变化、或暗淡或明朗的环境描写完成的。笔者在遣词造句时特别注重了人物及环境前后的一系列微妙变化,再现了人物形象和语言个性,注重了叙事角度、节奏和速度的变化。在把握了儿童及儿童文学的特点和儿童文学的翻译方法与技巧,结合原文语言及写作风格,总结出并遵循了两个翻译原则。在具体的翻译实践中采取以归化为主,异化为辅的翻译策略,同时使用严维明提出的翻译儿童文学作品的四种手段,目的是使译文结构清晰,利于理解；词汇简单,准确易懂；对话生动,节奏明快；押韵修辞,重现童趣。
[Abstract]:Excerpts from the famous American woman writer Cathleen Patterson's novel the Bridge of Dreams, published in 1977 in honor of her son's closest friend Lisa, are excerpts from the translation. Won the Newberry medal the following year. Catherine used to describe the style of her work in plain white. She writes mostly about children, who live hard lives and find hope and purpose in their different lives. The original theme is friendship, innocence, dreams, childhood, optimism, pursuit. The full text shows us a pure friendship, a total of thirteen chapters, each chapter is a description of a specific life scene, all of the character activities, image shaping and personality characteristics are in the context of life, natural portrayal completed. Personage language personalization, life, colloquial, environmental description, psychological description language is more artistic, musical, rhythm. The truncation is the last three chapters, which is both the end and the climax of the story. The change of emotional tone is also accomplished by subtle psychological changes, linguistic changes, or dim or clear environmental descriptions. The author pays special attention to a series of subtle changes before and after the characters and the environment, reappears the personage image and the language individuality, pays attention to the narrative angle, the rhythm and the speed change. After grasping the characteristics of children and children's literature, the translation methods and techniques of children's literature, and combining the original language and writing style, two translation principles are summed up and followed. In the specific translation practice, the translation strategy is mainly domestication and dissimilation, and the four methods of translating children's literature proposed by Yan Weiming are used in order to make the translation structure clear and easy to understand, the vocabulary is simple and accurate, and the translation is easy to understand. The dialogue is lively, the rhythm is bright, rhymes the rhetoric, reproduces the childlike interest.
