台湾公共艺术的历史与现状

【摘要】： 台湾公共艺术的发展,自1992年《文化艺术奖励条例》公布起至今已十余年,在此期间法案经过数次的修订并日趋完善,公共艺术与民众的生活日趋紧密,对社会发展的作用日趋彰显。本文从公共艺术的起源谈起,阐述了台湾公共艺术发展的整体过程,对数次台湾公共艺术法案的修订进行梳理并深入分析,文中列举了具有代表性的台湾公共艺术范例,最后提出了在研究台湾公共艺术时所产生的思考。 “前车之鉴”,台湾公共艺术的发展经验对于我国大陆具有极大的借鉴意义,但因政治遗留上的种种原因,台湾公共艺术的经验未能较为清晰的在我国大陆展现。出于这种研究目的,本文通过各种途径收集了大量台湾公共艺术的相关资料,通过整理、分析、推导等方式,在尽可能准确的前提下完成该论文的写作。希望通过本文对台湾公共艺术的研究,推进我国大陆公共艺术的发展,特别是对早日实现公共艺术百分比起到一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:The development of public art in Taiwan has been more than 10 years since the promulgation of the Cultural and artistic Awards Ordinance in 1992. During this period, the Act has been revised several times and gradually perfected, and the public art and people's life have become closer and closer. The role of social development is increasingly evident. Starting from the origin of public art, this paper expounds the overall process of the development of public art in Taiwan, combs and analyzes several revisions of Taiwan's Public Art Act, and enumerates the representative examples of public art in Taiwan. Finally, the author puts forward the thinking in the study of public art in Taiwan. "A lesson from the past", the development experience of public art in Taiwan has great significance for reference to the mainland of China, but for various reasons left over by politics, The experience of public art in Taiwan has not been clearly demonstrated in mainland China. For the purpose of this kind of research, this paper collects a large number of relevant materials of public art in Taiwan through various channels, and completes the writing of this thesis under the premise of being as accurate as possible by sorting out, analyzing, deducing and so on. It is hoped that the study of public art in Taiwan will promote the development of public art in mainland China, especially for the early realization of the percentage of public art.
