巴金的儿童文学翻译美学思想研究兼评《快乐王子及其他故事》中译本

【摘要】： 巴金是二十世纪中国文学史上一位著译并举的重要作家。但由于长期以来对翻译文学地位的偏见,很少有学者在研究巴金的时候提及他的翻译文学,更不用说他所译的儿童文学,而这正是本文试图探讨的问题。 巴金是少有的一位非常致力于儿童文学翻译的一位作家,他的翻译作品不仅是对儿童读者带来的价值而且也为那些儿童作家提供了帮助。本文以巴金所译的《快乐王子及其他故事》作为个案研究,从语言,意像,风格三方面探讨巴金是如何在译文中实现对原文美的在现,从而总结其主要的儿童文学翻译思想,更侧重于探讨他在儿童文学翻译过程中体现的美学思想。同时,基于对此的研究,发现对于文学作品的翻译,应将传达原文中的美学信息作为最终的追求目标,而不是仅仅停留在逻辑信息的传递上。最后,希望本研究对儿童文学翻译起到指导借鉴的意义,而且能够达到抛砖引玉的效果,引起国内文学界和翻译理论界对儿童文学翻译以及巴金的翻译思想的重视和兴趣,总结儿童文学翻译的经验和教训,从而为儿童读者翻译出更多更优秀的作品。
[Abstract]:Ba Jin is an important writer in the history of Chinese literature in the 20th century. However, due to the long-standing prejudice on the status of translation literature, few scholars have mentioned his translation literature, let alone his children's literature, when studying Ba Jin, which is exactly the problem this paper attempts to explore. Ba Jin is one of the few writers devoted to the translation of children's literature. His translation works not only bring value to children's readers but also help children writers. This paper takes "Prince of Happiness and other stories" translated by Ba Jin as a case study to explore how Ba Jin realized the beauty of the original text in the translation from three aspects of language, image and style, thus summarizing his main translation thoughts on children's literature. More emphasis is placed on his aesthetic thoughts in the process of children's literature translation. At the same time, based on the study, it is found that the translation of literary works should take the aesthetic information in the original text as the ultimate pursuit goal, rather than merely focusing on the transmission of logical information. Finally, it is hoped that this study will serve as a guide for the translation of children's literature, and that it will lead to the development of children's literary translation and Ba Jin's translation theory. This paper summarizes the experiences and lessons of children's literature translation so as to translate more and better works for children's readers.
