《马桥词典》英译中的译者主体性探析

《马桥词典》是韩少功长篇小说代表作之一,自1996年出版后引起了汉学家、翻译家蓝诗玲的浓厚兴趣。其英译本于2003年8月在哥伦比亚出版社出版,并受到西方读者和学者的欢迎。《马桥词典》的成功之处不仅在于原作的语言特色和文化魅力,也在于译者蓝诗玲对原作的准确理解以及翻译过程中译者主体性的合理发挥。本文拟以译者主体性为理论基础,以《马桥词典》英译本为个案,采用文献查阅法、文本对比分析法等定性研究方法对蓝诗玲翻译行为进行研究,探析蓝诗玲在文本选择以及翻译过程中译者主体性的体现。故本文主要提出以下两个研究问题:一、译者蓝诗玲在翻译文本选择上有哪些原则,译者翻译文本选择受哪些因素的影响?二、译者蓝诗玲在翻译过程中如何选取合适的翻译策略和技巧来平衡原文与译文,中国文化以及西方文化?笔者通过研究,得出以下结论:（1）译者蓝诗玲在选择《马桥词典》为翻译文本时充分发挥了主观能动性,主要受其文本价值及翻译目的、社会文化背景以及译者的教育背景和个人兴趣爱好的影响。（2）译者蓝诗玲在翻译策略以及翻译技巧的运用上发挥了其主体性,遵循了翻译的忠实再创造性原则,异化和归化翻译策略的巧妙,以及增译、减译等翻译技巧的使用...
