《印度之歌》中声音的文化解读

【摘要】:玛格丽特.杜拉斯(Marguerite Duras,1914-1996)是法国当代小说家、剧作家、电影剧作家。早在五十年代初,她就以《抵挡太平洋的堤坝》赢得了广泛的读者,并角逐龚古尔文学奖。一九八四年出版的《情人》,更为她赢得了巨大的荣誉,在法国、在整个世界文坛,无可争议地确立了自己的地位。 作为一名在越南出生长大的法国人,杜拉斯的作品中展示了双重文化的背景和视野。一边是印度支那殖民地,“她生命的底片”’童年的生活。南亚丛林以及让西方人如醉如痴的异国风情。另一边是法兰西文化,是她的祖国,是她难以割舍的追寻。“用的是祖国母语,叙的是异国岁月。”2于是围绕着爱情、疯狂和毁灭的主题,杜拉斯作品体现出的是东西方文化的交融和碰撞以及来自作者自身的思考。 创作于1973年的《印度之歌》剧本正是这样的一部作品。它以印度的加尔各答为背景,叙述了三个流浪异乡的人的苦难经历剧本,作品来源于她的小说《副领事》。1975年杜拉斯又将它拍摄成同名电影,影片入围1975年戛纳电影节,并获法国试验艺术电影协会奖及电影学院大奖。 杜拉斯的作品有着自己鲜明的个性,它们拒绝传统,拒绝规约,其中对声音的表现是其作品的一大特色。比如在她的小说里,声音不再仅仅作为一种修饰的成分而存在,而是构成了文本不可或缺的一部分。在戏剧的创作上,她主张“声音的戏剧”,她认为“一个演员之所以存在,就是为了大声地说话,他是一张嘴,张开后,把别人写在纸上的话说出来。”3对于电影的拍摄,她探索恢复声音的主体地位,让电影重新恢复说话的功能,不再成为图像的囚徒。可以认为声音是杜拉斯研究的一条重要纽带,将她的小说、戏剧乃至电影紧密地联系起来。声音就像一把钥匙带我们走入杜拉斯所创造的文学世界。 《印度之歌》中的声音蕴含了丰富的含义,它不仅仅只是形式的建构,声音连接着作者的文学世界,同时也透露出作者的独特的文化理解。本文将从文本出发,以声音为切入点,分析故事中人物的发展脉络,并试图分析声音背后所体现出的文化的碰撞,解读作品中表现出的两种不同的文化之间的冲突。 作为一位具有双重文化身份的法国女作家,在杜拉斯笔下对曾经的故乡的感情是矛盾的。那么究竟如何看待作品中的这些矛盾呢?本文将结合作者本人的经历和家庭背景等方面,分析这些矛盾产生的原因,尤其是在当下的多元文化的环境之中,作品中展示的这种文化冲突带给我们的思考。
[Abstract]:Marguerite Durasun (1914-1996) is a contemporary French novelist, playwright, and film playwright, as early as 50s. She won a wide range of readers for "resist the Dike of the Pacific Ocean" and competed for the Gongul Prize for Literature. In 1984, Lover was published, and she won a great honor in France, throughout the world of literature. It was indisputable to establish one's place. As a Frenchman born and raised in Vietnam, Duras' works show a background and vision of double culture. On one side is the Indochina colony. "the negatives of her life," the South Asian jungle and the exotic customs that enthralled westerners. On the other hand is French culture, her motherland, her inescapable pursuit. "it's her mother tongue. The story is about exotic times. "2 so around the themes of love, madness, and destruction, Duras' works embody the blending and collision of Eastern and Western cultures and the author's own thinking. The "Song of India" script, written in 1973, is just such a work. It takes Calcutta, India, as the background to describe the plight of three wandering people. Based on her novel, Vice Consul, Duras made it into a film of the same name in 1975, which was shortlisted at the Cannes Film Festival in 1975. And won the French experimental art film association award and film academy award. Duras' works have their own distinctive personality, they reject tradition, refuse to rule, and the expression of sound is a major feature of her works, such as in her novels. Sound no longer exists only as a modified element, but as an indispensable part of the text. In the creation of drama, she advocates "the drama of sound", and she thinks that "an actor exists." It is to speak loudly, he is a mouth, after opening, write other people's words on the paper. "3 for the film shooting, she explored the main position of the restoration of sound, so that the film back to the function of speaking. No longer a prisoner of images. Sound can be considered an important link in Duras' study of her novel. Drama and film are closely linked. Sound is a key to the literary world that Duras created. The sound in "songs of India" contains rich meanings. It is not only the construction of form, but also the connection of the author's literary world. At the same time, it also reveals the author's unique cultural understanding. This article will start from the text, sound as a breakthrough point, analysis of the development of characters in the story, and try to analyze the culture behind the sound reflected in the collision. Interpreting the conflict between two different cultures in the works. As a French writer with a double cultural identity, the feelings of Duras' former hometown are contradictory. So how to treat these contradictions in the works? Based on the author's own experience and family background, this paper will analyze the causes of these contradictions, especially in the current multicultural environment, the cultural conflict in the works to bring us thinking.
