【摘要】：宋词是中国几千年古典文化的珍贵遗产和积淀，以其独特的艺术魅力在文学史上占有重要地位。李清照作为宋代杰出的女词人及婉约派的代表人物，，其词措辞优雅、语言清新、文化意象丰富，享誉国内外。几十年来，关于李清照词的英译一直是文学研究的热点，国内外许多翻译家和理论家对其诗词进行了英译，且已有不少全译本出版，但如何在译文中最大限度地再现原文的美感，仁者见仁，智者见智。 许渊冲教授作为“诗译英法第一人”，坚持诗歌翻译数十载、精益求精，提出了堪称为诗歌翻译标准的“三美”理论，即诗歌翻译要力求达到意美、音美和形美的统一。早在二十世纪八十年代初，许渊冲便开始着手翻译李清照的词，并于2003年在其《文学与翻译》一书中辟专章讨论了李清照词的英译问题。本文以“三美”理论为指导，以李清照词为研究对象，从意美、音美和形美三个角度分别分析了“三美”原则在李清照词各个英译本中的应用。通过分析许渊冲的翻译实践，结合对比研究的方法，对不同学者的译本作细致深入的对比分析，彰显“三美”理论指导下，许渊冲的李清照词译本的突出价值。
