【摘要】：张玮是一位卓有成就的评剧导演,对评剧现代戏的贡献尤其突出,不仅创作出众多受社会欢迎的成功作品,扩大了评剧的影响力,而且探索出评剧现代戏很新很美的表现样式,即“诗化歌舞剧”。本文分三章来研究张玮的导演艺术：第一章为“张玮的戏剧历程和评剧的发展轨迹”,描述评剧的百年历史,和张玮从新歌剧演员走上评剧导演的过程,并分析其原因；第二章为“张玮的导演实践和艺术成就”,具体分析她的评剧传统戏、新编历史剧和现代戏三类戏中的代表性作品,总结她在戏曲传统和评剧传统“继承和发展”上的成功经验,阐释她在探索评剧现代戏的过程中所成功实验的“戏曲化—诗化—现代化”方法。第三章为“张玮的导演方法和艺术风格”,张玮最大的特点是合作,这是基于她对戏曲综合性特点的认识,她还对音乐和演员特别重视,文中具体论述和总结了她的各种合作方式和创作流程；同时,也对她的性格和艺术风格进行分析。张玮是中国戏曲导演制建立后的首批导演之一,她将一生奉献给了评剧,为评剧和评剧现代戏的发展,为当代戏曲的发展做出了卓著贡献,因此,她的历史功绩是不可忽视的。
[Abstract]:Zhang Wei is a highly successful drama critic director, whose contribution to modern drama criticism is especially outstanding. Not only has he created many successful works that are popular in society, but also he has expanded the influence of drama criticism, and has explored the new and very beautiful performance style of modern drama criticism. That is, poetic song and dance drama. This article is divided into three chapters to study the directing art of Zhang Wei: the first chapter is "the course of Zhang Wei's drama and the development track of the criticism of drama", describing the history of the criticism of the drama, and the process of Zhang Wei's going from the new opera actor to the director of the play, and analyzing its reasons; The second chapter is "the director's practice and artistic achievement of Zhang Wei", and analyzes her representative works of traditional drama, new historical play and modern drama. This paper summarizes her successful experience in the inheritance and development of opera tradition and drama criticism tradition, and explains her method of "opera-poeticized modernization" which has been successfully experimented in the process of exploring modern drama criticism. The third chapter is "Zhang Wei's method of directing and artistic style." the most important feature of Zhang Wei is cooperation, which is based on her understanding of the comprehensive characteristics of opera. She also attaches great importance to music and actors. This paper discusses and summarizes her various ways of cooperation and creative process, and also analyzes her character and artistic style. Zhang Wei is one of the first directors after the establishment of Chinese opera directing system. She devoted her whole life to the criticism of drama, to the development of modern drama and to the development of contemporary opera. Therefore, her historical achievements can not be ignored.
