【摘要】：因历史、地域等方面的原因，，东西方之间存在着巨大的文化差异。作为东西方文学交流的桥梁，翻译使得文化的共享成为可能。然而文化差异的存在也使得文化负载词的翻译成为一大难题，这也是文学翻译研究历来的重点之一，其中，以一般习语（idioms）为对象的研究甚多，而以粗俗语（vulgar words）为对象的研究则甚少。作为余华的代表作，《兄弟》依旧延续了其先锋派作家的风格，使用了大量的粗俗语和习语。而这些粗俗语和习语大部分都具有特定的文化内涵，属于文化负载词。本文便以《兄弟》的原文及英译本为主要研究材料，以奈达的动态对等为理论框架，从“closest”、“natural”和“equivalent”三个角度出发，对《兄弟》一文中粗俗语和一般习语的翻译进行了对比研究和评析，讨论了小说译者的翻译特点及优缺点，并尝试总结出这部“中国成功出口的第一本文学作品”跨越文化负载词翻译的难题并在海外取得巨大成功的原因所在，以期促进中国文学更好地走向世界。
[Abstract]:Because of the historical, regional and other reasons, there is a huge cultural difference between the East and the West, which serves as a bridge for the exchange of literature between the East and the West. Translation makes it possible to share culture. However, the existence of cultural differences also makes the translation of culture-loaded words a big problem, which is one of the focal points in literary translation studies. As a representative work of Yu Hua, there are many researches on the general idiom "idioms", but very few on vulgar words. Brother still continues the style of his avant-garde writers, using a large number of common sayings and idioms, most of which have specific cultural connotations. This paper takes the original text and the English translation of Brothers as the main research material, and takes Nida's dynamic equivalence as the theoretical framework from "closest". From the perspectives of "natural" and "equivalent", this paper makes a comparative study and analysis of the translation of vulgarity and general idioms in Brothers. This paper discusses the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the translation of novel translators, and tries to sum up the difficulties in the translation of the culture-loaded words and the reasons for their great success overseas. In order to promote the Chinese literature to better move towards the world.
