论短篇小说《黑影》的英语翻译

【摘要】：当代女作家严歌苓的短篇小说《黑影》描述了主人公穗子与一只猫相遇、相处到猫最终死亡的过程,文章语言生动形象,情感真挚感人。本文重点探讨了此文的翻译策略,即通过修辞功能对等和情感对等来最好地展现原文风采,并分别从文章标题、数词、人物语言、拟声词、夸张修辞等几个方面的翻译实例加以论述。
[Abstract]:Contemporary female writer Yan Geling's short story "the shadow > describes the hero ears and a cat to meet, along with the eventual death of the cat, the language vivid, emotional sincere and moving. This paper discusses the translation strategies, namely through the rhetoric of functional equivalence and emotional equivalence to best reveal the original style, and from the title of the article, numerals, language of characters, onomatopoeia, several aspects of hyperbole translation examples are introduced.
