诗人的宏大叙事:叶芝与弗罗斯特诗歌中的历史循环与焦虑

【摘要】：爱尔兰诗人叶芝与美国诗人弗罗斯特都关注宏大历史叙事。运用比较阅读的方法,分析了他们的宏大历史叙事的共同点与差异,以揭示20世纪上半叶西方文化史的某些特征。叶芝认为长期历史是循环的,面对历史悲剧我们要"欢快",但他的诗中更强调的则是切近的灾难。弗罗斯特也常把长期历史设想为循环。他有时希望我们无悲无喜,有时则将自然力量表现为与人为敌,人对之进行抵抗。在短期内,弗罗斯特的焦虑感也是极深重的,但在他们的诗中,东方都是在历史循环之外的。他们的诗呈现了20世纪上半叶西方文化中弥漫的一种危机感。
[Abstract]:Both Irish poet Yeats and American poet Frost pay attention to grand historical narration. By using the method of comparative reading, this paper analyzes the common points and differences of their grand historical narration in order to reveal some characteristics of the western cultural history in the first half of the 20th century. Yeats believes that long-term history is circular, we should be "happy" in the face of historical tragedy, but his poetry is more emphasis on the impending disaster. Frost also often envisions long-term history as a cycle. Sometimes he wanted us to have no sorrow or joy, and sometimes he represented the force of nature as an enemy against which man would resist. In the short term, Frost's anxiety is also profound, but in their poems, the East is out of the historical cycle. Their poems show a sense of crisis in western culture in the first half of the 20 th century.
