塔吉克斯坦中方汉语教师跨文化适应研究

【摘要】:我国对外汉语教育事业发展相对较晚,尤其在文化适应、文化冲突方面的研究仍处于初级阶段。随着来华留学生人数不断的增加、跨文化适应问题的研究已成为现实之需。而对于在孔子学院从事汉语教学的中国老师所面临的各种冲突和不适应问题,相关研究则较少。目前随着对外汉语教育事业的蓬勃发展,孔子学院对汉语教师的需求量日益增加,,作为孔子学院的汉语教师在异国他乡教授汉语、传播中国文化时也会像在中国学习汉语的留学生一样,在文化观、价值观、生活方式上产生冲突和不适应。 论文以塔国中方汉语教师为研究对象,主要采用访谈的方法对他们进行调查研究,调查内容涉及中方汉语教师出国前准备情况、自然环境适应、日常生活适应、语言适应、人际交往适应、心理适应、塔国中方汉语教师对汉语教师职业的评价、塔国中方汉语教师对塔国的评价以及塔国人民对中国人的评价。通过对上述内容的调查,了解不同国家、不同民族之间存在的文化差异,分析他们在异国的跨文化适应与冲突问题,找到引起文化冲突的原因,并随之采取相应的策略和措施,使得汉语教师能在国外更好地从事对外汉语教育事业和生活,这同样也对国内为从事留学生教育管理人员和汉语教师了解目前塔吉留学生教育的现状和存在的问题提供了事实依据和参考。
[Abstract]:The development of Chinese as a foreign language education in China is relatively late, especially in the aspects of cultural adaptation and cultural conflict. With the increasing number of students studying in China, The study of cross-cultural adaptation has become a reality. However, for Chinese teachers who are teaching Chinese at Confucius Institutes, they are facing various conflicts and problems of inadaptability. At present, with the vigorous development of the cause of education for Chinese as a foreign language, the demand for Chinese teachers in Confucius Institutes is increasing day by day. As Chinese teachers at Confucius Institutes, they teach Chinese in foreign countries. The dissemination of Chinese culture, like students studying Chinese in China, produces conflicts and inadaptations in terms of cultural views, values, and ways of life. This paper takes the Chinese Chinese teachers in Tajikistan as the research object, mainly using the method of interview to investigate and study them. The investigation involves the Chinese Chinese teachers' preparation before going abroad, the adaptation of the natural environment, the adaptation of daily life and the adaptation of language. Interpersonal adaptation, psychological adaptation, Chinese teachers' evaluation of the profession of Chinese teachers in Tajikistan, assessment of Chinese teachers in Tajikistan and evaluation of the Chinese people by the people of Tajikistan. Through the investigation of the above contents, we can understand different countries. The cultural differences among different ethnic groups, the analysis of their cross-cultural adaptation and conflict in different countries, the finding of the causes of cultural conflicts, and the corresponding strategies and measures. So that Chinese teachers can better engage in the cause and life of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in foreign countries. It also provides a factual basis and reference for administrators and Chinese teachers engaged in foreign students education to understand the current situation and problems of Taqi's foreign students education.
