重视党政文献对外翻译,加强对外话语体系建设

【摘要】：2013年11月底,中国外文局和《求是》杂志社共同主办了"中国政治话语传播研讨会"。会议围绕习近平总书记在全国宣传思想工作会议上提出的"构建融通中外新概念、新范畴、新表述"这一主题,邀请政治话语创建、翻译和对外传播三方面专家,深入研讨中国政治话语的创新及对外传播,搭建了一个全新的跨界交流平台,本栏目中的后四篇文章系"中国政治话语传播研讨会"上的发言文稿,本刊稍作修订。第一篇文章则是2014年3月,全国政协委员、中国外文局原副局长黄友义代表外宣和翻译界向全国政协十二届二次会议提交的提案的基础上修订而成。
[Abstract]:At the end of November 2013, the Foreign Culture Bureau of China and Qiushi magazine jointly hosted the "China political discourse Communication Seminar." the conference revolved around General Secretary Xi Jinping's proposal at the National Conference on propaganda and ideological work, "constructing and integrating new concepts and new categories between China and the world," The theme of "New expression" invites experts in the three fields of political discourse creation, translation and communication to study in depth the innovation of Chinese political discourse and its dissemination to the outside world, thus setting up a new platform for cross-border exchanges. The last four articles in this column are the speeches of the "China political discourse Seminar", which was slightly revised. The first article is from March 2014, the CPPCC National Committee member. The proposal submitted to the second session of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese people's political Consultative Conference by Huang Youyi, former deputy director of the Bureau of Foreign Affairs and Culture, on behalf of the foreign propaganda and translation circles, was revised.
