内蒙古汉译蒙餐餐名语言文化研究

【摘要】:本文从语言学角度研究了内蒙古蒙餐餐名,并运用分析法、数据统计法、实地调查法等研究方法对蒙餐餐名进行分析。分析的内容包括:蒙餐餐名的语言学特点和蒙餐餐名与地域文化的关系。通过分析,我们可以发现蒙餐餐名的命名规律和蒙餐餐名的特点。 蒙餐餐名作为一种语言符号,从结构类型上、音节结构上和词义特点上都有其自身特点。蒙餐餐名的结构类型有偏正式、动宾式、并列式和主谓式。在这四种结构类型中,偏正式的蒙餐餐名数量最多,占有绝对优势。因为在偏正式的蒙餐餐名中有丰富的食材和烹饪方法,同时加上其结构对称,便于记忆,使得这种结构类型的蒙餐餐名最受欢迎。而其他结构类型的餐名在不同程度上丰富了蒙餐餐名。在音节结构中,四五音节的蒙餐餐名最受欢迎。原因是四五音节结构的蒙餐餐名表达清晰,经济适用,符合交际的需要。从词义角度来说,蒙餐餐名的词义可以概括为不同的类别,如食材类、味觉类、颜色类和烹饪方法类。这些词在蒙餐餐名中词义都有不同程度的扩展,因而又有其自身的特点。 蒙餐餐名中蕴含了丰富的文化内容。首先,蒙餐餐名中蕴含着丰富的内蒙古特产,如羊、牛、奶、骆驼、鹿、兔子、发菜、沙芥、苁蓉等。这些特产在蒙餐中有着重要作用,每一道丰盛的蒙餐和内蒙古特产都有着紧密的联系。其次,餐名中蕴含了医学因素。如白羊肾羹、酸马奶等,这样的蒙餐不但是餐桌上的一道美食,而且它们还具有非常高的药用价值。所以我们可以从蒙餐中探寻到医学因素。再次,从蒙餐菜名中,可以了解内蒙古地区的民族融合。特别是蒙古族和汉族的融合在蒙餐餐名中体现的尤为明显,如蒙古炸糕、蒙古凉粉、蒙古全羊蒸饺等。这些菜名的出现是蒙汉融合最有力的例证。最后,从蒙餐餐名中,我们可以了解蒙古族的用餐礼仪和他们的宗教信仰。在蒙古族的重要节日或是生日宴席和婚礼宴席上,有非常隆重的仪式,而这些礼仪往往通过蒙餐体现,我们常见的全羊席、手把羊等是重要宴席上的主角。萨满教是蒙古族的原始宗教,,在萨满教进行祭祀活动时会,我们可以看到蒙餐的身影。 在分析蒙餐餐名的过程中,我们发现了蒙餐餐名中存在一些不规范的现象,本文并针对这些问题提出了解决的对策,希望对规范蒙餐餐名提供一些信息。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the Inner Mongolia Mongolian meal from the linguistic point of view, and the use of data analysis, statistics, research methods of field survey to analyze the Mongolian meal. The analysis includes: the relationship between the linguistic features of Mongolian and Mongolian meal a meal from culture and regional. Through the analysis, we can find that the characteristics of Mongolian meal name naming rules and Mongolian meal name.
Mongolian meal name as a symbol of language, from the structural type, syllable structure and semantic features have its own characteristics. The structure types of Mongolian meal were partial formal, verb object type, parallel type and subject predicate. Because there are rich ingredients and cooking method in the partial formal meal in Mongolia, together with the symmetrical structure, easy to remember, the structural types of Mongolian meal most popular. During the process of analyzing the name of Mongolian meal, we found that there are some irregular phenomena in the name of Mongolian meal. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems, hoping to provide some information for standardizing the name of Mongolian meal.
