论泰国语言政策对汉语在曼谷地区传播的影响

【摘要】:2011年5月—2013年3月,笔者在泰国首都曼谷从事了为期14个月的汉语教学工作,对对外汉语教学和汉语在泰国曼谷地区的传播有了一定的认识。近年来,关于对外汉语教学理论与实践的著述颇多,但多数著作实用性和可操作性不强,未考虑到学习者母语对汉语学习的影响,使得教材和参考教程不能达到理想的效果。其中汉语所传播国家的语言政策,即从国家层面对外语的接受程度也会影响汉语在该国的发展。通过在泰国的教学实践,笔者认真研究了语言政策这个专题,发掘出一些新鲜的东西。 任何国家或社会团体制定语言政策无疑都是为着某种利益目标,其结果必然损害部分人的利益,这是无法避免的。语言政策为解决语言矛盾产生,,世界上没有也不会有完美的语言政策。语言政策的研究一般都停留在研究一个国家或社会群体内部如何处理好统一的语言与各民族语言之间的关系,合理规划语言的使用。东南亚各国的语言政策一直是学者对比研究的热点,泰国政府的汉语政策对华人学习和传承中华文化有至关重要的作用,而泰国也因其几经起伏的华人汉语教育而备受关注。 本文在第一章绪论中介绍了本文研究的背景、目的及意义。第二章集中论述了国内外专家学者对语言政策的研究。第三章着重分析了泰国外语政策和泰国的汉语教育政策,梳理了泰国华人结构和语言运用情况。对曼谷地区汉语教学现状的介绍,分别介绍了中小学的汉语教学、高校的汉语教学、孔子学院的汉语教学。其中对中小学汉语教学情况的调查以笔者所在的北京师范大学汉语推广曼谷基地,Pibool Uppathum School的汉语教学为主要分析对象。在最后一部分,提出汉语在曼谷地区传播亟待解决的问题,以期对汉语在该地区的传播有所帮助。
[Abstract]:From May 2011 to March 2013, the author engaged in 14 months of Chinese teaching in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, and had a certain understanding of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and its dissemination in Bangkok, Thailand.In recent years, there are a lot of works on the theory and practice of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, but most of the works are not practical and operable, and the influence of the learners' mother tongue on Chinese learning has not been taken into account, which makes the teaching materials and reference courses can not achieve the ideal effect.The language policy of the countries where Chinese is transmitted, that is, the acceptance of foreign languages at the national level, will also affect the development of Chinese in the country.Through the teaching practice in Thailand, the author has carefully studied the topic of language policy and discovered some new things.There is no doubt that any country or social organization makes language policy for a certain benefit, and the result is bound to harm the interests of some people, which can not be avoided.In order to solve the language contradiction, there is no perfect language policy in the world.The study of language policy generally focuses on how to deal with the relationship between the unified language and the language of various nationalities within a country or social group, and how to rationally plan the use of language.The language policy of Southeast Asian countries has always been the focus of scholars' comparative study. The Chinese language policy of Thai government plays an important role in learning and inheriting Chinese culture, and Thailand has been paid attention for its ups and downs of Chinese language education.The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of this study.Chapter two focuses on the study of language policy by experts and scholars at home and abroad.Chapter three focuses on the analysis of Thai foreign language policy and Thai Chinese education policy, combing the structure and language use of Thai Chinese.This paper introduces the present situation of Chinese teaching in Bangkok, introduces Chinese teaching in primary and middle schools, Chinese teaching in colleges and universities, and Chinese teaching in Confucius Institute.Among them, the investigation of Chinese teaching in primary and secondary schools is based on the Chinese teaching in Pibool Uppathum School, the base of Beijing normal University.In the last part, the author puts forward the problems to be solved urgently in the spread of Chinese in Bangkok, in order to help the spread of Chinese in this area.
